  i was reading through a few of your past posts in an effort to get to know the christ better and i have a question.

  according to one of your posts from 2003 you tell us that being publically ridiculed or disbelieved by apostates is a fullfilment of prophesy.

  No Heart in Science? No Mind in Religion?

  as an atheist and humanist and an ex jdub i have been involved in many conversations with theists (both here and in rl) about the primary differences between our worldviews.

  while the belief vs evidence debate will never end, i am always confused and hurt by the occasional implication that because i use the scientific principle to form my world view i somehow lack wonder, feelings or "heart".

  on the other side of the coin i am always angered when someone with a theist world view is accused of being a non-thinker or somehow lacking intelligence.. i came across a talk on ted that moved me to post a link.

  Transitional Species

  not looking to strike up the tired old creation/evolution debate.

  just found this critter to possibly be an interesting example of a transitional animal currently alive.

  looks like he just cant make up his mind whether he wants to be a fish or not.....or male or female for that matter.

  i know this is in the wrong spot but this is where everyone looks first.....lol.
