Maybe all of the counsel in the TMS helped some learn valuable communication skills. Like others have said, I also learned more in one college class than the 18 years on stage with Bro. Know-it-all telling me how to speak up.
But, the funny thing is...when you're washing windows and scrubbing floors in the wee hours of the morning...who the hell will you be speaking to?

How many 'real" friends did you ever really have in ther "truth'
by The Lone Ranger insure we got to know a lot of people, we knew a lot more people then the average person, but how many real friends did we ever have?
a friend that we could trust, that we could confine in.
i can say i had just one, bro x and even then i still had to be careful, bro x is an elder now and he tells me that im the only real friend hes ever had, he cant freely talk to anyone.

by vitty ini think the real reason family members shun their "loved ones" is not because they love you and think it will bring you back, or that they are being obedient to god, but that you have totally embarrassed them, brought the family name into disrepute and it now brings into question how spiritual they are.. if they shun you, in their minds, they think the elders, and dubs will not think less of them.
its all about what the "neighbours " think not what the bible teaches.. its about pride not love.. what do you think?.
oh and it gives them brownie points to be used at armageddon.......................just in case.. .

Send New Tract to Gay Groups
by metatron inthe society's new tract should be sent to all gay and lesbian groups, warning them about a door to door message that denigrates them.. i would especially target local groups in convention cities in which large gay communities exist.
the tract deserves one simple reply:.
"doesn't false prophecy identify false religion?".

I remember when I was six my mama had the "Saturday Night Fever" and "Grease" albums. We would dance around the livingroom with her when dad was gone. Then all of a sudden she was trying to sell them at a garage sale, said it wasn't good for witness to listen to and she had to get rid of them etc...She didn't seem too happy about it.
