I can see the happy-dappy-ness of a loyal looking around iTunes and voila! Jah must have made electricity, Steve Jobs, computers, internet just for WBTS!

Edited to add: The podcasts were for the WT study and issues of the WT and Awake, and in numerous languages.
the second contrived and unrealistic conversation that one of jehovahs witnesses imagined having with a neighbor in the november 2014 watchtower will not be reproduced here.

hello all, as you know, when jw tv was announced, our board went wild.
many comments, much speculation and alot of negative feedback on the quality, etc.
well, what has me concerned is that i have not heard a peep from any of my connections left in kingdom-land.
Interesting.
I the weekend with a friend who just left in the last few weeks and they were very embarrassed by it. They said they couldn't finish watching any of the videos and the guy that was on the streaming was ridiculous. The observation was "who would take the time to watch that? You see it once and you are done."
We visited a wonderful elderly couple, (he's an elder), last weekend and although they were very interested in their new iPads, (puzzles and puppy videos), not one word was said about the tv.jw.org. The husband was working a lot on the computer as secretary, and I could see he was reading official letters...but not one word about the BIG NEW program.
Wouldn't it be funny if this whole thing fizzled.
i heard from a reliable source that a one-day assembly in arizona last weekend had a "cost" to the publishers of $17,000.. predictably, the elders were nice enough to obligate the attendees to a $6,000 donation to wt before the assembly "costs" (i.e.
"rent/extortion) were even met.
$11,000 rent plus $6000 in extra "donations".
Wow.

Welp, I played a bit of the website as I was working later in the day. Lett is something else. I was thinking he was trying to appeal to 3-5 year olds, but in other talks, his manner is the same. Wow. Something odd there.

I see Kavelin's song "Make the Truth Your Own" made the cut into the current songbook and into the audio.
There sure is a lot of warm fuzzy in the streaming videos of the international conventions etc.
It will be interesting to hear 6 mths down the road how many will still be watching.
