I am deeply saddened to hear of this happening to your family. Life can really be so cruel. My thoughts are with you

Hortensia. I send love and my thoughts out to you at this time of loss.
by Sparkplug ini saw this earlier.. i'm so sorry - it must be painful for two people who love each other to have to part this way - one goes through the door alone and the other stays behind alone.
all the more because my wonderful nephew was killed in an auto accident today, a young man with three children.
death is so cruel.. and in the wake of such terrible news today, i did not miss what you had said, but rather blocked it out for a moment.

Even NEWER LIGHT on Generation doctrine???
by integ inhello friends,.
i heard from a "brother" whose daughter is in bethel, that his daughter told him that there will be 'new light" released in january pertaining to "adjustments in understanding" of the generation doctrine.. does anybody know what this may be about?
or what the change might be?.

OK.....I will save you from talking to yourself!! They are spreading more fine-ness by shedding new light to old, stale doctrines. They have to becuase the information is expiring. I think it boils down to them saying the generation the bible speaks of refers to the generation of people alive when the big A comes. There are other threads on this...and to be honest I am not sure exactley what they are doing with it.

So that's what the other shoe looks like. Update with my parents
by Paralipomenon inheading to the apostafest this weekend, we have made a deal with our friends to look after our kids.
given that they already have 3 children, adding 3 more could be stressful so we thought we would ask my parents if they wanted to take one overnight.
bobbi mentioned that she hadn't really heard much from my mom and suspected something was up.

I am so sorry how this has affected your life and your family. I hope things work out for the best and, if nothing else....really enjoy sleeping in sundays....and giving your kids a "real" life.
