  on the news the other day they showed a young man after graduating from high school went out and got drunk and had a bad car accident.

  he was paralyze from the waist down.

  instead of going into deep depression of what he did to himself he started his life over and went to college and was involved in inventing a exoskeleton for disable people.

  And how about killing Er then giving Ta'mar to O'nan only to have him killed because he (coitus interuptus).Just think of the suffering of the widow.

  it is contradictory and unscientific.. hell; lets be honest it's hard to read and harder to understand.. so why is it called the good book?.

  Let me illustrate it this way ,see 1 Kings CH.13.

  God gets this nitwit to do 4 things:1.Go to Jeroboam.2.Tell him he is in big trble.3.Leave by a different route.4.Don't eat or drink anything.The nitwit screws up,God gets annoyed,gets a lion to do his dirty work and waste'em.Not only that but God frustrates the lion off by telling his he can't eat his kill.

  You ask me if this is good,come on.

  movies are filled with violence,murder,sex,nudity,etc.by watching such movies we corrupt our minds,degrade our sound principles and moral values.. at d.c/c.a they will have a family demo of how beneficial bible reading,wt pubs,f.s.etc.they will act out a bible scene,maybe little shepherd boy david or building an ark.they will never act out a realistic scenes such as:.

  moses saying'why have you let all the women live,he ordered to kill all the boys and women but not the young virgins:.

  how about "stone to death any women not a virgin on the wedding night.".

  I do not think the movie industry has a rating for Bible based movies.I get sick to my stomach because these are real in the Bible.When you watch a movie say a John wayne he killed many Indians ,he killed them over and over yet they lived it was all make believe.

  Jehovah's Witnesses & Higher Education

  i believe that jws demonize higher education so much, that it makes them look like weirdos!.

  you and your family are penalized if someone goes to college!.

  when i tell any "worldly" (aka "normal" person) that witnesess view higher education with disdain and ridicule, i always get the same response:.

  Isn't it ironic 3rd world countries are senting their children to western countries to get a higher education because they see the value of higher education to escape the proverty of those countries.Yet the GB/FDS tries to get their slaves educated in the languages of these foreingors so they can convert these educated one's to be their D-D slaves.

  Also it has been mentioned by the Faithful slave that even if someone get's a degree,he/she won't necessary get a well paying job and if one does get a good job and makes a lot of money and a good retirement loot he lives and dies so what good did it do him.Do you see the double talk,both sides of their mouth,fork tongue.They are full of IT.

  this is a question that i have struggled with, not just as a jehovahs witness but as a believer in god.

  He created a defective Earth---earthquakes,hurricanes .snow,floods etc.Yes his is responsible.For example if man builds a defective car or road he is responsible.But man will correct the defective car,road, building etc.Why has not God corrected earthquakes.tornadoes.

  couple of things i found kind of interesting.

  on the front it has the wording "qualify to live in the paradise" or something to that effect.

  just another weird thing that jws teach, having to "qualify" for the paradise, based on your works of course.. the back has the image of daniel with the world powers on it, the bottom has a circle with a "?
