  The elders of the 1980s are now in their 60s and 70s

  having just come back from the uk and spoke with some witnesses to find out how my old congregation is doing, i realized i am now the age that my elders were when i was a kid.

  and i wonder what the elders who are now in their 60s and 70s are thinking when they look in the mirror and an old face looks back at them.

  many of the elders in my old hall are now retired.

  My dad is an elder in his70's and all I hear when I speak with him is how close we are to the end or how deep we are into the last days and how I should come back. He has become more militant into it, as well!

  the last sentence tony the tiger damn near screams at the camera to stay faithful you integrity keepers... he knows your fathers and husbands may be going to jail.

  Curious JW Insurance salesman...

  found this interestinga week ago...recently i had a brother who does life insurance for a living call me to see if i was interested in a offering, since i was keen on taking up a insurance policy for my 1 year old daughter for her education purpose 20 years down the line i told him that he can come over,fast forward todayhe comes over with his manager (not a jdub) and we have a long chat about the various long term insurance plans... i found it very strange that a guy who believes that the world end is imminent would be so keen on selling me a policy with a tenure of 20 to 25 years .. in my mind , i'm thinking " is he serious ??

  "well after i agree to buy a policy for my child and specifically stating that its for her future education to pursue whatever higher education she likes, the manager encourages me saying " that's amazing , cos of education will increase in the future so on etc "... btw i live in a developing country when education is not free...so i'm done with all the paper works and the manager leaves, so its just me and the brother ( who is a ms by the way )i asked him, doe she really think i made a good choice paying for a expensive insurance plan for 20 years with good returns considering the end was so near..he was dumbstruck i aksed the question, he took a moment and hesitated and said this !!!

  !he was like "i don't ever think the world will end anytime soon "do i sense another dissenter .... perhaps a fellow man.... i'm excited :)

  I remember my dad, back in the 80's, getting extremely upset that there was a brother in our hall selling insurance to others in the congregation. He said that they were showing lack of faith that the end was so near . Unfortunately, his tune remains the same.

  Creative Ways To Get DFed For "Brazen Conduct"

  okay, so here's the idea let's try come up with some creative ways to get dfed under the new "brazen conduct" rule.

  i'll start:.

  continuously schedule get togethers at your house on the same night as the meeting, invite the entire congregation and see who shows up.. go to the memorial and drink the entire glass of wine but don't eat the bread.. regularly go to nude beaches and tell people that's what adam and eve would do.. get a jw.org tattoo on your neck and tell people you count hours anytime somebody sees it.. when a preteen brother or sister gets baptized tell them they are also ready to start driving.

  First, offer to house-sit for any of your favorite elders, while they go on vacation. Then

  1. Reenact the CADDY SHACK candy bar scene into their pool. No pool? The bathtub works just fine
  2. Order tons of porn on pay-per-view.
  3. Take selfies banging the local hooker in their master bed, post online and then text images to brother elder when you know they are on their way home. Use Mrs. Elder's undies to clean up.
  4. Use congregation directory to prank call everyone from the home phone. Do not block number. And hell, since you have that kind of access, you might as well order everyone pizza delivery, as well!

  When I was a teenager, I went with my girlfriend and her family to the DC in Salt Lake City. On the way home, 7 hours away, she gave me an excellent hand job under the blanket in the back seat. That was pretty nice I would say! She did the same thing in the stairwell at the hotel where we all stayed.

  Is it necessary to prepare for the Watchtower or book study?

  all of my years in the truth, i never understood why we had to study before each meeting.

  the contents are self-explanatory with the answers to the printed question within the first or the last sentence of the paragraph.

  then, commenting never made sense, especially comments and experiences that don't answer the printed question.
