  we have seen that they are cracking down on skipping boasting sessions.

  i have seen that thread stating the three f's (fever, fracture, funeral) as the only valid excuses for missing one.

  and there are reports that the book study hounder will hound people for missing one.

  hello everyone...i can't find it but i thought i read last week that there was to be a big or special announcement???

  what was that all about...i've got a sister calling me and i bet thats what she is going to tell me about...i like saying that i already know about whatever when she randomly calls me with "new" information.

  I think they may also have released the Memorial announcement. It's really early this year.

  You're probably right. I bet that's why I'm being harrassed.

  Yeah, I just got my share of harrassment about an hour ago. It was my mom trying to coerce me into "promising" her I'd go to the memorial.

  "The end is near" she said. "Jehovah is gathering his people. Production of the magazines has been cut in half, and now we have a JWs-only Watchtower" she emphasized.

  Makes me want to send in my DA letter right away.

  OT question about dogs

  my husband and i will be getting into our own home, before this year is over.

  we are both hoping sooner rather than later.

  with renting, owning a dog was very much out of the question.

  Seeing that you already have 2 cats, my advice would be to get a puppy instead of a full-grown dog. The puppy is more easily trained, and will get along better with your cats. That's of course dependant on the temperament of your cats.

  oh my god i love my husband!.

  okay...so my husbands favorite beer is called arrogant bastard by stone brewery.

  it usually only comes in the big bottle, but just recently started coming out in six packs..... so....today...we are leaving the house..and what do we see??

  and it felt good "lowest sum of the earth" are we that evil because some of us decide to leave and choose a life that we want wheather it be with some goals and asperations or seeking another route of worship/non-worship, while still being alive on this earth today .

  i'm occasionally missing meetings in order to get good grades in the classes that i am taking now. i don't think tmissing 1 or 2 meetings is too much to ask right? but i feel that i'm starting to hear all the "MURMERING" from the dubs and all the madness surrounding it.

  Just wait until you graduate, and get a higher-paying job than the rest of them .... the murmuring will increase hundredfold!

  Yes, it's quite insulting to say the least. After all, the claim is that an Awake! education is superior to secular studies.
