  Do you have a spritual eating disorder?

  with all the talk of puking on the site lately, i wonder if many of us don't have spiritual eating disorders.... after all, many posters say things like "i'm puking in my mouth" while reading a pro-jw poster.. perhaps some have to really spiritually puke after attending a jw meeting to get the wt influence out.. so are you a spiritual bulimic?

  a spiritual anorexic?

  or do you just get that spiritual nausea when you see anything jw related?.

  I would say that as a JW I was a spiritual anorexic.

  My monthly field service report was deathly thin.

  Nevermind that, what about the huge tummy flap she must have after 17 kids

  How would she have a tummy flap if she's pregnant all the time? I'd think it'll only be noticeable when she's not pregnant.

  I do hope that she at least has had proper pre-natal care each time. Being pregnant makes soooo many demands on your body ... wonder what she does about stretch marks.

  Falling Asleep at Assemblies

  yes i have dozed off many times when i used to attend.

  most of the time kept the shades on as we used to have outside assemblies.

  the thing was not to slide off the chair, drop your head forward or snore.. i've seen some brothers/sister hitting a serious lean to the left or right as they slept and then they'd jerk awake, only to lean again.. some people had sneaky methods.

  Oh, how I remember those days.

  Fighting off a sweet sleep, all the while wishing my bed was close by. Zzzzzzzzzz I used to try my best occupying my mind with other things as I periodically checked my program for the closeness of the closing song and prayer.

  Strange, I know of just the opposite situation. I know of a sister who became "unevenly yoked" to a "worldly" man.

  Despite her being marked in the congregation, by her own confession she's happily married. However, instead of enjoying her happy marriage, her "bible trained" conscience makes her feel guilty for disobeying the Governing Body's Jehovah's rules for marriage.

  a very good friend of mine is convinced that the change in the book study arrangement.

  is a sign that the end is so near and the jehovah made the change to emphasize the.

  importance of the meetings.

  single and looking for the right guy.. love cooking, meetings, reading, hiking, swimming and outdoor life in general.. .
