fair points , but prejudice of the lightness of ones skin within the African/Caribbean community is alive and well here

here in the Uk there is still and undercurrent of animosity of members of the caribbean community and those of the African subcontinent ie Nigeria Ghana etc of which we have alot of there in London, so your cashier friend who is of darker skin could likely come from Africa, Burkina Faso, Niger , Kenya, Senegal, or other nations,

i had a complete blast on new years!

matt and i went to a bar with one of my girlfriends and she and i drank the night away.

matt was the dd, and we kept trying to get him to do shots with us and toast the new year, but he always declined.

Here in the Uk the Home Office's and the Police obsession with Drink Drivers goes on and on with TV campaigns etc, just because they are easy targets to arrest, yet nothing is ever done to the crazy boy racers who terrorize our town night after night , or elderly drivers who cant see over the wheel, only last week and OAP driver was caught going the wrong way down the the freeway, causing mayhem , and only escaped with a warning , this obsession with persecuting guys who are 1 beer over the top sickens me.

my sister, what a joke!!!

she and her tight arse husband would drive out in service in the winter, but would not use the heater in the car because they thought it would take more gas!!!

i could go on, but what is the point!

This low life was an elder in a local cong and a mate of my old mans , this group of elders used to go out for a good drink every sun night , rain or shine, and I mean a good drink because there would be a designated driver, most weeks about 8 plus would show up at a local pub and many more(as this would seem the approved way of drinking) now elder x had never been known to buy a drink in his life, and when asked what his tipple would be he would reply "A large whisky please" and would never buy a drink during the whole night......
