  My gift to my hubby

  as many of you know, my husband is a disabled veteran.

  the truck that we have wasn't working out with his disability.

  we had a lift on the back, but it was taking more energy for him to use then he had.

  Your JW Memories of Christmas

  for those of you who grew up in the troof, what do you remember about christmas eve and christmas day?.

  i recall an empty feeling.

  it was a special day all over the world, except for the jws.

  I rmember feeling, when I was younger, very excluded and that I had to make the holiday as like any other day as poss. Yeah right like it could be! It was really hard when I would go back to svhool and everyone would be talking about what they got, an I got a BIG FAT NOTHING, yeah it was good fun. Not this year though

  Dramatic Increase in Publishers and Field Service Reports expected!!

  as you may already have heard,the wbt$ is putting members of the 144,000 to good use after death..they will be buryed 1ft above ground and used for speed bumps at kingdom halls around the world..the remainder will be sent to the taxidermist for stuffing.look for meeting attendance to go way up..they can also be propt up at street corners for field service in any weather.look for field service reports to increase dramaticly..if all go`s well,all dead jehovah`s witness`s will be sent to the wbt$ owned taxidermy "stuff-a dub"..in the future,jehovah`s witness`s will no longer retire,they will be recycled...outlaw

  i just could not believe it when i stumbled across this forum recently.

  i was actually doing research for my dad who wanted to see the world's viewpoint of the failed 1975 prophecy.

  he came into the truth less than three years ago and though my mom has been a witness since she was a teenager she never spoke of that particular time period to him.

  Its so nice to have you on the board, Elinor. Reading your post I understand completely the feelings you were describing, having been brought up with the same distorted doctrines. Like you I am just glad I saw the light when I did.

  Someone who is loyal, always there for you, and not someone who is always taking (like the dubs). Someone you can laugh with and never fear rejection. That would be the perfect friend for me. (haven't found one of those yet).

  It's a boy!!

  my wife gave birth to a baby boy this afternoon!

  he doesn't have a name yet so any suggestions?

  for all those that care (seems only women do) he is 10 points even and over 22" long.

  i'm just an average guy that been there, done that in the jw domain :) .

  i reached my "zenith" lol in such domain at the early age of 20 (i'm now 29) while expanding the work in various foreign language congs as a ms with almost all elder privileges except participating in jc's...the only jc i took part was mine last year :).

  by the way, my last wife, a christian, caught me several times reading your posts... she thinks that all of us (including myself) are just a bunch of frustrated individuals...oh well no wonder she left :).
