after a lenthy illness, 10 years in total, my mother, margaret stecko, passed away peacefully today surrounded by family.
she was 84, and leaves behind 3 children, 5 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
she was a jw but never shunned me.
Walter I am sorry for your loss, my mother too was a German war bride and left Germany and would never talk about the horrors she had seen. She likewise lost two brothers in the war and I believe that the Paradise is what made her turn to the Witnesss, I lost my mother 7 1/2 years ago and I too feel your pain. My heart and prayers are to you by brother, may you have peace.

Blondie, the cost is not that bad, usually around a $100 a day or a little more depending on what ship or what destination, or when you plan it. Plenty to do, more then you will ever get done. For a little over a $100 a day, feed you like a king/queen, excellent service with a smile, usually 3-5 ports or new places to explore. Meet plenty of fun people, if you decide, look at the ship layout, you want to make sure your cabin is not under a area that has plenty of activity. I have been in 48 states, been in China, Japan, South Pacific, all over Canada, Mexico, South America, Alaska and I would have to say at this point in my life I enjoy cruising the most. Get out there!!

ok, help me out people, what would you do if you knew that someone from your home had stolen money from you?
today i was going to go to the bank till i realized that i was missing 240.00, i know this money was in my purse because i put it there on wed night, i know i did not lose it because i have not touched my wallet in as long.
i also have not been out anywhere so i could not have misplaced the money.
I agree to hold a family meeting, but to do it with a question and not a accusotory accusation for the innocent. Then I would notice if someone has extra money to do things they normally don't do. I had this happen in my household but there was only one person who could of and did do it. We call a meeting pronto.
