  After Effect of Flu Shot

  i got my flu shot on halloween.

  I have not had a flu shot for over twenty years and will never get one. They contain mercury which is neurotoxic and accumulates in our bodies. There is also research showing a link to Alzheimers from five or more consecutive flu shots.

  God parent dilema.

  since my entire family are jw's and my wife's family are all chain smoking, heavy drinking white trash we had to go outside our families to find a god parent for our daughter.

  right after our daughter was born we asked some very good friends of ours if they would want to be and they agreed.

  just a few weeks ago we found they have become deeply involved in a fundamentalist christian church.

  Since my entire family are JW's and my wife's family are all chain smoking, heavy drinking white trash we had to go outside our families to find a god parent for our daughter. Right after our daughter was born we asked some very good friends of ours if they would want to be and they agreed. Just a few weeks ago we found they have become deeply involved in a fundamentalist christian church. We do not want our daughter to be raised in any religion and certainly not the one her godparents are now involved in.

  So now we have the dilema of trying to find god parents for her and are drawing a blank. Since most of us here have JW families I am sure this is a problem for many of us. I am curious to hear about your situation and how/who you selected as god parents for your kids.

  I learned to take a break from here before I get pissed. Three of them have been for at least a week. JWD is a completely different forum then the other hobby related ones I visit. There are more problems/flames here then all the hobby forums put together. The only reason I can see is religious and political discussions are allowed here.

  What has everyone done with your literature, now that you've left?

  i have boxes of literature upstairs.

  i was waiting for bookshelves to get built in our new house, but now i don't want to put them all up.

  i have sentimental things, like ones that were my dad's.

  I burned it all at the same time over twenty years ago. My bookshelves are devoid of any religious material including a bible.

  What kind of Driver are you and your history? Do girls get a better deal?

  i would consider myself somewhat aggressive and impatient, swearing and gesturing when infuriated in a very fast red sports car.. i do keep to the speed limit or about 5 to 10 miles above.

  i have never had a ticket issued in my 32 year driving and never been in an accident.. i've been pulled over twice and let go.

  once for an expired tag, and once for a brake light out.. tell your driving history!.

  We are with Pemco and one of the vehicles is an 88' F250 that we use for hauling and as a backup vehicle. The other two are both driven 800 miles per month and are a 2000' 4Runner and a 98' Honda Accord. The 4Runner has full coverage. My wife has only been in one acident back in 89' and no tickets for the last seven years. We have a good credit report also which will lower your rates a little.

  Aggresive but very careful. I have not had a speeding ticket since I was nineteen or any accidents. Even though I always drive at least 10 over I use a radar detector and it has paid for itself many times over in giving me that extra 3-5 seconds warning. We have three vehicles and out insurance is $120 per month with one vehicle fully insured.

  The healing power of a Root Beer float

  chill a big glass or mug in the freezer.

  drop in two scoops of good vanilla ice cream and pour in a well chilled, quality brand of root beer and fill to the top.

  drop in a straw and grab an ice teaspoon and escape for a few minutes into pure sensory pleasure.

  Brent, Do you have the recipe for the home made brew?

  I use an extract that a friend sells at his home brew store. There are recipes on the internet but I have never tried them yet and can't recomend them.
