  technology proves science to be successful in advancing human progress.. religion disdains human progress and waits for the end.

  That's What I'M Talkin' About!

  call me a curmudgeon.

  there are just some expressions in today's vernacular that are just idiotic, and "that's what i'm talkin' about" is one of these.

  it is so ghetto.. several people are saying 'blah, blah, blah, de blah and more de blah..." suddenly, a dimwit in the group hears something that dimwit didn't even mention but happens to like the subject and then dimwit blurts out, "now that is what i'm talkin' about!".

  Hypothetical situation: What would you do?

  lets just say that the jw teaching regarding armageddon, living forever were true.. and lets say that many on this forum who still attend meetings somehow survive.. you don't agree with the teachings.

  you may not even like many others who survive.

  why would you want to live with the kind of people who continually judge others actions?

  Well that's what really bother me when it is that simple : we have a french proverbe which says : Ma liberté s'arrête là où commence celle des autres" means my freedoms stops where others once freedoms starts ... Well that's what I want overall ... but I only can make choices for myself and still have to deal with other onces choices ...

  life is life take it, improve it, fill and feel it (from What I read from you since now, you do I'm mean your not into somebody I would have to tell anything - still I understand your question regarding your state about JW's doctrine) you have you opinions and anything can change it and thats good enough. From what I've read you're big enough to embrace life fully.

  About relation before marriage well I guess love have more weight than marriage itself ... what to do think?

  Take care ... but your are just a human being with natural needs and natural feeling and if you believe that we are a product of an inteligent spirit ... he knows it all. Since your are not hypocrite ... what's wrong about your needs and feelings?

  That always have been my sentiment about that ... I don't want to be an hypocrite ... I can be patient if needed ... but don't ask me more than that (or more than I can bear).

  LOL ... it's like asking to a mother to appear to prove that her son existe ... that's so weird to ask that only unfaithfull people would ask it

  When I or my son say I'm his mother nobody wants to believe it ... even if I'm THERE I and HE would need to get all OUR papers on US (My ID carde wouldn't be enought) ... so when it's about Jesus (as a spirit and its meaning) guess how hard it should be to proove anything.

  again that's YOUR opinion (even if you are not alone to think that) :

  Take Economics, for example. This isn't a science.

  No but Marketingwhich have an influence on ecomony is a social science ... (but I guess we are playing with words here No?) ... science is about more we know about something (even if things evolve) more we are able to understand and explain it (*) use it and reproduce it.
