Believe me, I'm not the one who will or even want push you to believe anything
I mean : actually that's what free will is all about ... (see it feels good - to have it) ... if this is not a real gift what is it?

God Is Love
by freeme injws are told that jehovah is love and that his love his higher than any other love.
it is actually more intense that the love of parents to their child.. so the question is:.
what type of parents would actually murder their son if he were gay and kill their daughter if she smokes?.

(to me) love is about let my kid free (free will) to make his own decision (the only thing I can do is teaching him whatever I can to help - so of course then it depends on what I've teached him and how he understood it) the difference here is that as parents we are not God, and as human we may fail a lot before to get the point and being able to teach the right things from our own understanding and what we lean to - but a kid is not always supposed to be influence by his parents he can think for him/herself too (that's the good part of free will) in regard to what he lean to him/herself.
All the troubles comes from bad influences ... when it doesn't allow to treat the other one as well as we would like to be treated ...

Believe me, I'm not the one who will or even want push you to believe anything ... I can respect your point of view on the matter ... I've even been there myself

Being afraid
by ex-nj-jw inwhen i was a little girl, i was very afraid of thunderstorms - every time we had one i thought it was armageadon (did i spell that right?)..

thunderstorms
I've always liked them !!! when I'm confortably home I really do appreciate it
As a kid a fell confortable with armagedon (it was just the end of something) I didn't fell concerned about being bad - since I could see so much bad people (most hypocrites) around me in JWland. I've always thought that any one good would (not only the JW) would get God's favor.
It's a bit later (I was not even a JW anymore) that I fell concerned about some moral concerne (but it wasn't just meeting my own standards) and I fell like I wouldn't be able to fake anyway ... Armagedon or any time or way to die was just something expected anyway.

man was created with free will, so that they could prove to god that they would obey him and follow his rules. It still doesnot make sense to me, ... the creation of humans and future of humans was rather like a very long chess game.. and it horrifies me to think that a god of love would do this.
It doesn't (that's what religions = listen to us = listen to God want us to think about this story)
and it horrifies me to think that a god of love would do this.
Without free will we are robots ... I don't think that I would like a robot as a kid and a pet is not a kid too ... so
So it seem (all together) that it more about a learning process (which lead us to make choice regarding to what we like - and see how responsible we feel about the matter = the bad and its legacy)

Does the Bible teach that Adam was a perfect human? Where?
I don't remember reading this either in the bible ...
What really got my attention in the story : the woman is influenced by something weird (she's not thinking for real) and the man is influence by woman (he is not thinking for real) and both for something which would boost their Ego..
But both anyway didn't know about the good and the bad (so they can't be responsible) it is not because someone is telling to a kid which never experienced fire (in a way or an other) that fire hurts that he won't be attracted to it whenever the kid have the occasion (free will) . And the parents won't really be able to say that the kid is responsible (fire is available = free will - it can lead to something good or bad) - but whatever happened because he played with the fire, if bad : he or anyone touched about it will have to pay the consequence (legacy).
Eddited to add : And if you have at least 2 people (inconcious) about who are working on boosting there Ego it's already a probleme more over if they are parents (teachers in a way or an other).

I'm in love and ... scared !!!
by RAF insorry need to share and to talk about it and maybe in giving me your opinion, talking about your experience, i'll find other ways to deal with it.. .
i just turned 40 (does this have something to do with it) never been scared about the matter ... but now i wonder what kind of love i've really experienced before (any kind of appeals like complicity for instance, the need to share something in particular with someone, the need to give someone some love?
) i dunno for real .... i'm trying to get this out of my head but i can't, i can't, i can't - i'm trying to get interested in other guys but it's just not the same ... and i even wonder how i came to the conclusion that i do love him !!!.

This is how I would put it shorter : I wasn't in love (or maybe I am for real but it's not really important), what was important for me to understand is that I was overwelmed and over reacted to it.

Now if I missed the point completely, tell me to bug off.
... NO WAY ... Sparky : I'm speachless (I guess You've nailed it for most things)
The electricity of my building have been shut down this night for 2 hours - It was cool - I've put some candles and it actually leaded me to meditate about the matter (instead of getting busy to not think about it).
and well the answer came clear :
I wasn't scared to lose the man but the feeling was the precious part of it all. This feeling I had it (I can remember it whenever I want to) ... But the most important thing was to know that I can feel this way at least ... but I also know I can lose it from him (at anytime), but since it's not him which is important (by now and maybe never) WTF am I supposed to be really scared about?
I mean he is not the feeling ...
Simple finally ... whatever will happen with him I actually already had what I needed (something new and valuable for my mental health - and I was turning it into something toxic in mixing everything).
Thanks for all your imputs somehow you all step by step leaded me to it, I just needed to assimilate it my own way.
