same story the world over, lived in north America for decades elders families slapped on the wrist for D/F offences, the poor and downtrodden families no money min wage job treated like dirt when they sinned. Now I live in Europe same thing here mass hypocrisy that the GB refuse to acknowledge. -

Wolves in sheep clothing
by Israel Ricky Gonzales ini was baptized then i was 15 years old and just entering high school.
i had been a perfect jw teenager through out my high school years, although i craved to be a little bit worldly.
when i graduated high school, i moved out and got a job working with my older non-jw brother.

I have been before a JC for drunkenness. I was treated so poorly, even though no one knew of my sin, I told the elders the whole truth. All I can say is next time if ever that happens I will disassociate, the hypocrites say D F is a loving provision, I say its a god dishonouring process. I felt during the whole process that my life was in the balance. A sad day for Brotherly love. -

Abusing the power of tears. Yet another sign of desperation
by StarTrekAngel inso i was seating at the meeting this past sunday.
the latest wt article to be studied speaks of "using our imagination" to think about the blessings of the kingdom.
the whole study was centered around how we can, and should, spent time visualizing ourselves in the new world, working along with our brothers.

The GB say "picture the resurrection of your loved ones" yet from the other side of their mouth, they translate jesus words on resurrection and marriage as no reunion for those who died before the GT death ends the marriage vow, hypocrite's -

Did you know WTBTS applied for Holocaust compensation?
by umbertoecho indid you know that the wtbts applied for these compensation funds?
i had no idea and if this has already been addressed then so be it.
i find it interesting due to the fact that so much is made of the jws being in camps during ww2 and nothing else is expressed about the other millions who died in these camps.

It figures rank and file kept in the dark they would be quick to do a WT article if they felt they would gain by it but again "do not question gods chosen on earth or be disfellowshipped" -

IMITATE JESUS RC - BRIGHTON, WEST SUSSEX (UK)
by Nicholaus Kopernicus infollow jesus, but not "at a distance" (luke 22:54).
speaker opened with matt 26:57-58 stressing "fear of man" which led peter to follow at a distance after jesus was arrested.
the speaker compared this with peter's earlier stated confidence in verses 33 & 35. speaker then moved on to 1 peter 2:21 as evidence that it is jesus' example which is to be followed.

Agreed. I cannot understand why the GB interpret the bible this way. They maintain Judas Iscarriot would never get resurrected. Who are they to judge. We do not know what passed between God and Judas or what was said, or if he was forgiven, Judas full of remorse took his life, he felt deep regret or guilt, who are we to say what he may have pleaded for in his final hours, typical GB they claim to know, what arrogance. -

Who oversees the money for the WT?
by John Aquila inwhen the wt sells property for a billion dollars profit, who decides what that money is going to be used for?.
when all the money comes in from all the kingdom halls bank accounts worldwide, did all that money go into one big account and who has authority to spend it and cut some checks to whoever?
when all the monthly donations come in to the watchtower headquarters, who decides distribution, and to who?

by notoneoftheboys ini was never told before i got baptised that i would loose my family if i got disfellowshipped.. no one told me i would get disfellowshipped if i had a blood transfusion.
no one told me that the gb was all powerful and tolerate no dissention.

I was never told that I would be taken to the back room and severely reprimanded for minor sins.
no one said the Elders could do as we say not as we do
in the early 80s we had lots of tv evangelists, GB were very critical of using tv to solicit funds. Now we have god knows how many millions spent on JW broadcasting and who else asking for money but the GB.
why was I never told once I got baptised that I could not argue or question the direction from the GB or be disfellowshipped, yet during the bible study of the truth book I could say what I liked.
I was never told my wife and I would be interrogated into aspects of our love life where did that come from??
Why is it then when I bring these absoloute truths forward I am told Jehovah speaks thru the GB as he did with Moses.
And lastly why was I so blind I did not see????

I served for years as an elder in London Ontario. Finally stepped aside because of the old boy network, elders covering up for one another, practice of elders and their wives party times with excessive use of alcohol. The elders families getting slaps on the wrist for major sins. Elders wives knowing intimate details of judicial matters. We had allegations of incest against a prominent elder in the city that were hushed up because his daughter refused in fear to testify. The old boy network was city wide, elders covering up for one another, favours shown to elders sons who were guilty of porniea. The entire city turned a blind eye even the CO and the DO, to a prominent elder in the city, who were witness to his close association with his disfellowshipped daughter at district and other circuit assemblies while others shrank in fear over even being in the same store as a DF relative. So if anyone has been or is aware of these things drop me a private note lots more to share. If anyone still in the ORG thinks I am an apostate liar tell me and I can name dates places persons. that's y I am not one of the boys. -

Homeless Man Plays Piano Beautifully (Sarasota, FL) (ORIGINAL)" Is it wrong to donate money to him? Would the Watchtower help out?
by The1975Blues inmitch jensen 13 minutes ago.
jehovah's witnesses have learned by the mistakes of all the christian churches who wasted valuable money by spending it on "food banks", "woman's shelters", "orphanages" and "homeless shelters feeding the poor and hungry kids".
the current may 2015 "awake" magazine deals with the only way to help the homeless people.

Let me say that the GB has long given the elders information on how to deal with homeless people. its in the secret letters the rank and file never see.
There are no charitable works in the KH, they will not help even their own members who fall into financial difficulty. in the cong I was in we had an elder body of 10 who were wealthy, when one of the poorer brothers went broke, no work, they told him the same thing I was told. you are not praying enough, hidden sin, not willing to work in menial jobs, the cong is not like churches no charity here, you can walk to meetings brothers in Africa, they have no idea of what real charity is. when I asked that question to the elders I was told the greatest charitable work is the preaching. thank GOD I am free at last.

Sadly when the org spoke I believed angels directed their words. Since finding TTATT I realised all websites like this were doing was exposing the hypocrisy and lies. Long may it be.
