  Beautiful yard!!!! and the kitty is cute too, I'm afraid of racoons - was bit in the lip at age 7 by one at the local park. I even had to get the rabies shots!!!

  i do not attend the same hall as my boyfriend because he is currently reproved for being involved with me.

  i'm not a witness.

  he confessed to his elders that he had sex with someone outside of marriage after his second divorce was already final.

  Obtaining my nursing and radiology degree!!!

  Giving birth to and raising 3 children!!!

  Successfully leaving the JW cult while still young enough to pursue a career and not letting them ruin my life (except for the first 18 years)

  i'm not much of a poet, trev is the writer in this house, but i wrote a few lines earlier today about my feelings for him and my friends on the board, and he is encouraging me to post them, so here goes.

  The Best Email I have Ever Gotten - From a Jw student....

  as some of you may know - my lifestory as it relates to jw, is being written and posted here.

  in addition, randy asked to post it on freeminds and did so a couple weeks back [though it is still incomplete at this point].

  i allowed randy to include my email link and real name, with a view to aiding any readers if possible.. yesterday, i got the most fabulous email i can imagine getting;.

  Maybe MAD is mad because he can't "see the light"???? Sitting in all those boring meetings, knocking on doors, not having a life, and constantly being told what to do, is enough to make you MAD!!!!! But don't take it out on JWD, you always have the option to not log on!!

  this statement was often echeod to me during my formative years.

  i remember my very first day of elementary school (stateside) at the age of 4. my parents were flustered because they couldn't believe they actually had to start their only child into public school to begin with; after all, the end was right around the corner!

  this was 1984, the year the first apple mac was introduced, 80's music was loud and in your face, the delorean was cool, and miami vice was just in production.

  Yep, I was told the same thing. You will never finish high school before the new system will be here. Well I finished high school, got my nursing degree, got married, had 3 kids and now they are going to college!!!

  Where is the big A???? I hate that org!!!!!

  being raised as a good witness, i was a virgin until i was married.

  of course, the scriptures say one must not commit fornication.

  however, i know most teens have sex well before marriage.

  I have three boys and my speil to them about sex:

  1. Use a condom

  2. Use a condom

  3. Use a condom

  4 Respect the person you are with, especially if the relationship comes to an end, and use a condom

  5. No means no, use a condom

  6. Never play the field, always give the other person the choice to be in the relationship or not if you decide you want to see other people, Use a condom!!!

  7 IF SHE SAYS SHE HAS A CONDOM, PUT HERS ON AND YOURS ON TOP!!!!

  I never hid, just opened the door, told them to go away and that if I ever wanted to be involved in their cult I knew where to find them. Also asked them to put me on the do not call list!!

  I stopped being afraid of them 24 years ago, not even worth my time!

  i have made a decision.

  a very difficult one, indeed.. i'm going back to the truth.

  i figure i can probably get 10-15 hours of service in a month and be appointed an ms in about 3 years and elder about 3 years after that.. if i can also pioneer, i'm sure that will speed up the process.
