Should I walk away from my "underwater" home?
by The Berean inmillions are now facing the dilemma of making house payments on a property that is not worth what is being paid.
.
after originally promising to repay the bank, is there a "moral" obligation to continue in a dwelling, even at a loss ... or is it best to exercise the "legal" right of foreclosure and pay the consequences ?.

Wireless Router advice...BEST one with Comcast??
by WuzLovesDubs ingawd im frustrated.
all i want to do is get online and have it stay online.
i have had two wireless routers since only may and cant seem to get online and retain connection or any kind of "speed" and i use that term very loosely...and want to know what wireless routers you guys recommend.. comcast came out and said my signal was strong and that they are happily going to charge me for coming out and telling me so since it wasnt a comcast "problem".

I "HATE" Country Music...
by Quirky1 inat work our radio is on the blink and all we can get is a local country music station.

Conditional love dilema....need advice
by hubert inone of my daughters has been dating a guy for about two years now.
they are starting to talk about marriage, but ran into a "snag" involving his family from his previous marriage, which may disolve the whole relationship.
i won't go into details about that.
