I mean the shi#head doesn't even ask me how I've been just what I thought about the sermon... there were three elders that came up with him and I wasn't in a mood to hear their crap, I assume that he's now an elder and they thought this was a prime witnessing opportunity. I said "yes, I learned that you guys are still as crazy as you've always been, any more questions"? The smiles went away from their faces and they swiftly went away without saying another word. I guess it'll be another 17 years before that happens again, they'll still be on their acid trip waiting for harm-ageddon looking for the same insane organization of men to feed them their mental food at the proper time, ensuring their complete compliance to what a group of uneducated men think. Lowering themselves in servitude to the WTBTS... Sad!

How many religions do you know of that won't talk to their family members when they decide they don't agree with the religions teachings? Then won't even listen to conclusive evidence that shows their wrongdoings without stopping associaiton with their own famlies. Read the various post where this has happened leaving those victimised by this religion alone without family simply becasue they questioned the religious authority of a group of men. How many religions do you know like this? You boyfriend is already displaying this behavior and he's a beginner; what do you think he'll be like in a few more years? Ask him this point blank question; if I was to become a member would you then accept me? Then ask him if you and he were to marry and years later you discovered you didn't believe what the JW's were teaching what would happen.. Don't let him be evasive either,, make him answer you... Once he does, and I know what he'll say becasue he's already being brainwashed, then GET THE HELL AWAY FROM HIM! Believe me, this is good advice! You don't need the pain this religion is sure to bring you years from now, live a happy life and get the hell away from these morons.

if you remember my experience, in a nutshell, basically my ex-bethelite ex pioneer husband cheated on me with an older "worldly woman" from his job and left me suddenly.
i had no idea that we had trouble with our marriage, however, when i discovered the love letters from the other woman, he moved out, and a week after that, i received divorce papers.
To all... please try and be nice when offering advice.. damn! The gal may be doing the wrong thing but is that any reason to blast her like a damn cannon? I agree that she needs to let this crap go, but damn!
