Hi all,
Well my friend, after a second attempt to reach out to me and give me the decision last night I received an unexpected visit from two of the local Elders. Apparently the two WTS agents decided to pass the torch to the local elders this time. This local elders of course had nothing to do with this JC in the first place. This was organized by the CO along with WTS instructions. The local elders were kept way. Anyway they informed me that that the JC had reached the decision to DISFELLOWSHIP ME FOR APOSTACY. I wasn't surprise at all.
I asked about the letters I sent and no respond was giving. I asked why they reach such a decision without giving any kind of consideration to my letters as to why the case was handle parcially. The JC was under the direction of the CO and WTS.
Now, who were the coward for not showing up?. Instead they sent two elders who had nothing to do with the case in the first place. I've changed my mind and was willing to accept their visit this time. So that's why I allowed my local to come in. I won't even bother appealing the decision. What for? There is no justice within this WTS. The only justice I know come from Jehovah God and Jesus christ and not from this men made org. I'll be subsequently execute next week. I will miss all my friends but I think I have gained a lot more and true friends whom I feel their unconditional love on this board. I love you all for giving me all the support that I need it. It was sad scene to see my fellow Elders shock up in tears knowing that it was not what they expected. They knew they were losing a true friend but what can they can do. I appreciated all the years I worked closely with the elders in helping the flock and the love and care we showed them. I told them I was not going to shun them at all and that if they ever need help I will be more than willing to help. It is up to them to stand up for truth and the real christian love. My love for God and Jesus still remains and no one will take that way from me or family. I'm ashamed of been part of all of JC I was assigned. If there is anything I can say to those who's lives were severed I will apoligize and ask their forgiveness.
Life goes on for me and my family. I have a lot of catching up to do now. I can now fulfill my long time dreams. Get my BA and then my master. I will contribute more towards helping my community in a more productive way. I'll conitnue to raise my kids and give them all the support and good spiritual values I've learned from the bible. I'm reaccessing the damages and hopefully this will take sometime to heal. I still have a strong faith and God and Jesus and I know deep inside that it was in my best interest to just leave quietly. Of course I was force to leave and it goes to show for all those WTS defenders that there is not a honorable discharge in this org. This once again has been proved.

Hi All,
After I came home last night I sat down to have dinner when five minutes later I received a phone call. I did not picked up the phone. Then it rang again and refuse to answer it so I let the answering machine handle it. Well, Right after I finished my dinner I decided to meet with my best friend to take care of a few personal things. While driving to the area we were suppose to be I got a call on my mobile phone from a relative who lives near by to tell me that there were two of the Elders knocking on my door. I inmediately proceeded to call my wife and told her that the Elders were looking for me. She became very angry. She was in the back room with the AC on and the kids watching TV. I told her that they were knocking on the door and instructed her not to bother opennig the door for the GESTAPO. My wife later called me back to told me that they came back again knocking for a second time. I became irrate by their action and wanted to confront them. My friends was trying to calm me down. He proposed me to file a restraining order against them. I mean, How could they actually come in to my house uninvited and knock on my door. I soon remember that was exactly what I used to do every weekend going door to door. They seem to feel like they are Law enforcement agent and to come and harrass my family! THAT'S IT!! I HAD IT!! All sorts of things was crossing my mind. I was very upset.
But thanks to my close friend I calmed down. I arrived home hoping to confront them but they were gone.The fact that I refused to attend to their hearing is killing them and I know it. They know they are suppose to respond in writing. I suppose they just want to give me the bad news verbally rather than putting it in writing as a formal letter with the alleged accusation and their decision. I think the threat of me taking legal action is forcing them to act stupid. OH God what a loving organization this is!!.
To those defenders of the WTS I really feel sorry for you. I won't even waste my time giving any response to those individuals like YOU KNOW, FRED HALL, GODRULES and others. I'll regret about my decision. This org. is truly a destructive cult. They are good at been deceptive. My own experience is a living proof of how a destructive cult operates. There is no loving organization is all a myth! It's sad that even my next door neighbors had witnessed the entire episode last night as per the comments made by my relative. They noticed this Elder from the prior visit. GREAT EXAMPLE WTS ELDERS!!!!! Please Applause, Applause. You've done it!!
What will I do next? First, I going to file as soon as possible a restraining order from the local county criminal court house against all of them. I worked in the criminal court system as a legal assistant for a long time so it will very simple to get one. Then, next thing will be.......well stay tune as I'll wait their decision!!!!

I know exactly what you mean. I was never allowed to talk to my accussers only to listen to all the allegations. Comments that were taking out of context I was not allowed to apoligize if they took the wrong way. But never did I felt a loving atmosphere in that meeting. I made a promise to myself and I kept it. I was going back for more abuse. They were never direct me to the Elders book. They know they didn't follow their own guidelines. So by not answering my letters they feel that a quick execution will leave them of the hook. That's what they think!! But Watch out, this is only the begining!!!
