Naturalism-The Next Step For Secular Humanists?

i've noticed a healthy number of secular humanists on jwd.. i thought i'd share this info.

Bad biblical names for a child

the practice of choosing biblical names for children is present in many forms of christianity.

in latin america, countless boys are named jesus either as a first name or second name.

there is even that singer jesus jones.

My cousins in PA are named Matthew, Mark, Luke and Jane.

I have a cat named Samson (should be Methuzela) and his sister name was Delilah. My avatar is a pic of Samson. He's 17 years and 8 months old.

New Watchtower format is all because of Blondie!

i was just reading a thread about the new 'exciting' format for the watchtower and how there will be a jw only edition.

add to this what i believe is the new rule that da'd and df'd people are not allowed to receive the magazines unless they attend meetings.

this all got me thinking.... .

Did You Know or Know Of "Gay" or Bisexual JWs???

recently, a former witness expressed his opinion to me that he knew more than a few witnesses that were gay.personally, i know of a bisexual ex-elder who was unhappily married for a few years.

now he's "out", pardon the pun, of the organization.

i know of a newly appointed ms who is married to a sister but most people suspect he is gay.

My Story

i received an email from a lawyer who has been studying with witnesses for some time.

he wanted to know my story, if i am disfellowshipped and if i have an axe to grind, in order to know if the information at jwfacts.com can be trusted.

i was raised a jw, my aunty and uncle, many cousins and grandparents are jws.
