God loves you Minimus, He told me last night. I had a revelation. It said," This man Minimus really cares about others, you can tell by his threads. No not in his pants, the threads on JWD. And He told me I should start ,"The Church of Minimus". (That was Mrs. Flippers idea) No, but really we do enjoy your input a lot. Lots of good ideas put out, so keep it up. As has been said by others, many of us have gone through just what you are going through, so take comfort friend , you are not alone. This site has a lot of caring people on it who will help you to hang in there. I have 2 daughters in their early 20's who are still in it who won't have much to do with me. But a 22 year old ex-witness son respects my stand. Also my elderly parents have respected my stand. Do you have some family who will give you support? My wife left me two weeks ag
by littlemike ini dont post on here that often but look everyday.. i used to be an elder and left the witnesses 5 years ago.
my wife left 6 years ago.. in my opinion my wife and i have had the best 5 years of our lives because we have been married 28 years.. after 28 years of marriage she sent me a text you need to go home there is a letter on our bed.
in the letter she clearly states she has left me because she does not love me in the real way.

Little Mike- Mr. Flipper here- May you have peace my friend. So sorry to hear you've been through this in that manner. I was once hurt by a longterm girlfriend like this . I was the last to know, found out she had gone to a bar with her teenage daughter's music teacher then invited him to her home for the night. Hurt like hell. So I feel for you my friend. I know it's hard to think this now, but Mike I'm sure you are a great guy, a good father to your kids. You will love again, the sun will shine for you in your heart, you will be treated better by a woman who really appreciates you. Sad News Orangefatcat's husband died this morning.
by orangefatcat inthis is one of the sadest days in my life, my beloved husband marco passed away this morning at 5:15 am.. it has been a dreadful day.
but my dear friend was with most of the day while we went togerther to make funeral arrangements.. that was really hard on me.
i have done nothing but cry and cry all day, i finally fell asleep a few hours ago while my friend diane was here and she let me sleep.

Hello ya'll. Mr. Flipper here. My wonderful son who as you know I always brag about. Yeah I know! For my 46th birthday October of 2005 took me to see Paul McCartney live with his band . He knew I'd love it because of being a Beatle freak. Anyway, it was the greatest show I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot of concerts, Blues artists, rock and roll etc. The guy played for 3 and a half hours, about 40 songs in all, was such a humble cool guy with the audience down to earth, you'd never know he was from one of the greatest rock groups ever. He played like 3 or 4 encore songs, a lot of old Beatle songs and from his solo career. It's a birthday I'll never forget! Cool son, huh? What about you folks? Lots of great musicians out there! In regards to premarital sex, early marriage, education,shunning disfellowshipped people,other things considered off limits, do you think a lot of teenagers/ early 20's do this stuff, or are they devoted to the organization? Hello thanks for replies. Illyrian- Yeah, I remember sister so and so always had something nasty to spread about others. It would really drag down the time being in service. They should have made service voluntary from the start, then the motives would have been better. Outlaw- You're so right. nvr- Good subject! Cool! I love not having to be around stuffed shirt people who judge others based on the looks they did or didn't recieve at the kingdom hall. Basically love not being around paranoid type people who are looking for failure in others. I enjoy having friendships based on unconditional love and respect for each others views and space, yet willing to be there with an encouraging word when needed. I love not having the stress of going to meetings and then rushing off to do my Clark Kent impersonation turning to Superman to do my jobs after meetings, when everybody else got to go home and go to sleep. Love having the freedom to watch R- rated movies if I want, slipping with a cuss word if I want, and not feeling like a bolt of lightning will come down from the sky and zap me. I love not having fear of the organization anymore, being free! Yeah baby!!! Peace out, Mr. Flipper P.S. What about you nvr, what do you love about being a ex-witness?
