Do the Equinoxes Affect Mood?
by nvrgnbk ini have found some evidence, mostly anecdotal, to indicate that the equinoxes can be times of extreme mood change, due to the accelerated changes from light to darkness.
if one is diagnosed as bi-polar, the equinoxes may exacerbate the condition.

Sunlight and the lack of it definitely affects my mood. Last winter, MD's order, I got a lightbox. It was the best money I ever spent. I highly recommend them.
