  dear friends,.

  much of what we do on a daily basis is routine and of no particular, earth-shaking importance.

  however, after reviewing letters of family going back to wwii, it is fascinating to read what dad was doing on board the aircraft carrier in the pacific on any old day, what mom was cooking on her ever-steaming range, how i was dealing with the roller coaster of emotion at bethel [mom saved all my letters], how nana wrote that she would not study with the witnesses [per my request] but 'here are some mittens i knitted for you when you canvass new york with your magazines.

  after laylas' : do you think looks are important thread, thought this would be a good follow up.. personally i'm just a regular girl, nothing exception, got good teeth, i do love my hair and don't think i'm ugly, but know that i'm no stunner either .

  when i was 14 i decided to dissassociate myself.the elder flipped and met with me and my parents.i shared my feelings about the hypocrisy that i saw in the teachings and actions of the witnesses.i was assured that i simply needed to pray more and that i was too young to comprehend the incidents which had made such a negative impression on me.. .

  then they went on to liken my feelings to a man who had a handful of diamonds but could only see the dust on them.. did you ever receive counsel that belittled the real issue?

  Did you know that all personality disorder tests ask questions about traits in all humans?

  The disorder is only a disorder when the extent of a particular feature is excessive.

  So yes, you are right in saying the JW test will show up positives to some extent in every humans = which is how they hook you in the first place.

  Obviously someone found your 7% and landed you!

  in september 2004, farkel posted an article on this forum called "rutherford exposed: the story of berta and bonnie.

  " his essay, which subsequently was translated into several languages and which received over 10,000 views after the first month, spawned a thread that ran 28 pages and contained the collaborative research efforts of many in jwd.

  this thread was thought by some moderators to be the best in the forum -- not necessarily because of the claims in the original essay but because it inspired a staggering amount of research aimed at assessing the credibility of the claims made in the essay, as well as adding to our knowledge of this fascinating yet obscure chapter of watchtower history.

  Yeah = I'm sure JWs were much like my experience of girls absent a father figure around and a mother who told me (aged 11) I was the new dad to the family within months of his death wtf (after she'd seen the psychologist) How I despise those guys!!

  So mum had had her teen dreams and now went for the jugular as I paid with all of mine as she went on her life cruise! That's how it was!

  Traces of JW life before I ever was one = I was groomed for them so well.

  Sure some of you had given it all away cuz god was watching how well you did at NOT acting like a HUMAN!!

  Bizarre Foods

  have any of you seen the show, "bizarre foods with andrew zimmern"?

  for some reason i have become a huge fan of this show and i am always interested in what kind of things people all over the world eat and how much of it i would actually even think of eating.. what is the strangest thing you have ever eaten?

  and what was your response when you ate it?.

  I chew on cinnamon or suck on vanilla pods and even will make up spices with said previous and spread them all over so you can try them out lol!

  So for a hot, sweet and spicey experience why not grease up your man and let him taste your tongue?

  Or

  We are not simply removed as life forms?

  Which is it Jonathan Edwards alludes to?

  In eiher case it is a disgusting sugestion when I percieve the vastness of aborted foetuses aand young incapable of wrongdoing!

  Let alone the number of humans driven to stresses and angst by humans around them and branded for their reaction!

  Who chooses this life?

  All are cast into it like meat into a shredder and judged for coming out mis-shappen = what neuronlessness do we have here??
