What can I say , Jehovahs Witnesses speak out of both sides of their mouth .

Australia : Alex Rance an AFL professional footballer ,unbaptised JW ,married ,debated whether to go full time pioneering or continue his football career ,guess which one he chose . ..and he is in . good standing in JW world .

The Williams sisters , not much more I can say about them except that they have used the social scene, Night clubs ,etc, to their advantage as regular worldly gals , and not D2D witnesses of Jehovah.

George Benson , another high profile muscisian ,celebrity that goes against all that the GB of Jehovahs Witnesses preach ,not to exult yourself in any way or form .

I`m sure you can provide more examples of this double standards

That only belongs to Jehovah....He is still in good standing amongst JW`s and adored by many ( worshipped )

Prince : Lets face it seriously ,,was Prince a model for Jehovahs Witnesses ? An icon in the entertainment world who idolised him ? ....And he was given a memorial at a KH hall ? Seriously ?

Would the Governing Body of Jehovah`s Witnesses encourage their young ones to immitate Prince`s example? or would they condemn anybody trying to follow in his footsteps.

It seems like if you have money , influence ,power , or celebrity status ,you can go a long way in Jehovah`s Organization ,......... one set of standards

However if you are just one of the mill , rank and file members ,and heaven forbid , one of the female members of Jehovah`s witnesses , you dont count for anything.

Some facts the Francisco Pope may not have been aware of when he made this statement.

Jehovahs Witness born in youths leave the religion in droves once they reach teenage years.

Crimes committed by practising JW`s ,cover every imaginable crime you can think of from the most petty to the most serious. (google it )

The retention rate of remaining a JW , is the worst of any Christian religion , they have the highest defection rates of any religion

Take note of the ex JW sites that abound on the internet ,Social Media ,U-Tube etc.,reaching the thousands ,and what should that tell you.

Broken marriages because one leaves the religion ,and the believer sues for divorce ,for incompatability.

Children /teenagers being kicked out of the family home for not wanting to be a JW anymore ,and are then shunned by their parents.

Children shunning their own parents because the parents no longer want to be JW`s.

The internet ,Social Media,U-Tube ,etc.,are full of true, real life experiences of people who have lived through these situations.brought on by an organisation that has been primarily a publishing organisation with a gauranteed circulation and sales of the millions of members.at a given time.

And now in this 21st Century we find that the WTB&TS are selling off prime real estate that was purchased in the early 1900`s ,that are now worth millions of $$$$ .

The last count was over 1 Billion Dollars of profit was made in the last year from sales of some of their Brooklyn real estate.

And yet , their is far more to sell ,has it put a break on their appeal for more contributions ? from even the young ones ? no it has not.

They still solicit for more money , even though it goes against their former President C.T.Russell., who stated "we will never solicit for money"

Jehovah`s Witnesses as a Publishing Company and a Real Estate organization making and accumulating millions of Dollars in profits from each of these ventures , under the guise of being a religious organisation , just beggars belief .

How do they get away with this ?

i went to field service group once and the young elder taking the group was wearing a hat and said the prayer with a hat on.

i informed him later that you are not meant to have head covering, he said he was unaware of such things.

Lets face it , what truly genuine religious training do JW`s get before they can become an Elder ? None.

All they have to know is basic current WT new light on some core beliefs held by the GB. And more importantly have more than 10 hours regulary every month for at least six months in field service ,and bingo you can be a MS ,and keep it up for another six months you can be nominated for an Elder.

All you need is to be indoctrinated with JW , / WT beliefs and your in.

At least Christendoms mainstream religions have extensive knowledge of history of first century Christianity , their writings , including books not included in todays accepted Bible , and generally an understanding of the languages of the time.

Most JW Elders are completely ignorant of early christianity and the writings that were available ,the languages that were used at that time ,or the possible additions./subtractions to scripture either in the OT or the NT.

They just do not have the knowledge or education level to comprehend such things.

In illustrations of the 144000 anointed to heaven , a great number of which are women who claim to be of the anointed , not one of the illustrations shown by the Watchtower , shows a woman serving at Jesus Christs right hand.in heaven .

The144000 are all depicted as males with beards ,not one woman is represented in their illustrations.

I have heard it said their is no gender in heaven , so why are they all portrayed as males ? with beards ?

Jehovahs Witnesses may give lip service to womens contribution in the congregations ,however its certainly not recognised in their doctrines.

8 october 2016. china's governing communist party is set to launch a nationwide crackdown on the christian church.. by matthew carney - abc.

the communist party has just enacted much tougher laws that criminalise christians if they do not pledge loyalty to the state.. chinese president xi jinping has warned that all religions now have to become "chinese" and the new laws will attempt to bring churchgoers and their leaders under party control.. the new laws will put the state firmly in charge, giving the communist party the ability to hire and fire church leaders and change religious doctrine to make it more chinese.... that means churchgoers will have to pledge loyalty to the communist party first.. there is good reason to be afraid.

chinese authorities have already started the crackdown in the christian heartland in the southern province of zhejiang.. it's been extensive and brutal.

What with our conditioning when we were JW`s ,this news may have had a big impact on our thinking about the time we are living in ,when in reality , its no big deal .

Its just another little ripple in the pond of life ,we were conditioned to believe that any little thing that happened in the scheme of things in life , political ,religious ,or military wise , was a sign we were living in the last days .

When you stop and seriously consider it ,how ridiculous. ! When you consider the history of the world of any nation or groups of nations , their has`t been a time when something significant or major was occurring.

And had we been living then we may have concluded it was fullfillment of Bible prophecy.

Nothing to see here move on , live your life and enjoy it.

Classic examples of JW`s speaking out of both sides of their mouth .

On the one hand they use the scripture Zech.8:23 in relation to the last days..where people will flock to Jehovahs Witnesses from all nations because they have heard God is with you.

This was used when JW`s did have growth in numbers worldwide

On the other hand Matt 24:12 speaks of the decline in numbers of JW`s because the love of the greater number has cooled off .a decrease in numbers.

On the one hand increase is evidence of Gods blessing on the organization having the truth ,then on the other hand the cooling off (decrease) of Gods people is evidence they have the truth.

And of course they ignore entirely that Seventh Day Adventists ,Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints ,both of which have far more practising members than the JW`s do ,Roman Catholics , and Islam , both of which have over a Billion members each , not to mention the Protestant religions which total over one billion members ,and this doesnt even include so called Pagan religions.

Jehovahs Witnesses are irrelevant in the religious world as being nothing more than an insignificant sect.
