jw believe, when armegeddon comes, only jw will survive.

good news was preached in most areas and people could decide for or against god.

I would hazard a guess inbetween09 that at least 1/3rd of the worlds population more probably even more have never been witnessed to or even heard of Jehovahs Witnesses ,so much for their covering the Earth with their life saving message.

Just to name a few countries that the general population would have no idea of who or what JW`s are or about.

In fact have never heard of them

Bangladesh ,India ,Pakistan,China,Phillipines.Indonesia,and all other Muslim controlled countries.Where no D2D witnessing or proselytising is permitted and is punishable with death.

JW`s are kidding themselves and anybody else who believes it when they say they have preached in all the inhabited earth .

The facts state otherwise.

And also the Roman Catholic Knox version that uses Yahweh throughout the old testament.

3.The authorised King james version of the bible has the name Jehovah in it .Also about the 16th Century AD

4 . Their are many churches in Christendom that have been built over the centuries that have the name Jehovah inscribed on them all over Europe and Australia.that i know of.

5. Even the book of mormon uses the name jehovah

Christendoms Bible scholars since the thirteenth century have used the name Jehovah in their writings in commentaries ,Bible Dictionaries , Encyclopaedia`s etc,etc.

So to make the claim Christendom has been burrying that name is ludicrous since they actually invented it eg: Roman catholics.in the 13th Century.adding vowels to the 4 letters of the tetragrammaton translated in english .

Some Things Just Dont Add Up, How Did We Miss This???

some things i just didnt notice at the time which now seem so obvious:.

the bible tells us that the end will come like a thief in the night, when we least expect it.

(matthew 24:44).

On the other hand JW`s are told to keep in expectation of it .? A contradiction ?

Typical double -speak from the mouth of JW`s ,they speak out of both sides of their mouth.!

Also

what is it with women who are treated this way in religion that they are the ones that most embrace it.?

Despite the above humiliation(And many more), women are the larger army in JWs and Christendom.

And not only Christendom , Islam is another prime example.with the Burqa and Niqab subjugating women.

And they seem to be only to happy to go along with it.
I can understand men going along with these oppressions of women ( not that I agree with it ) it is all about control and dominance of women to obey men.

But women accepting this ? I find hard to understand.

i think at the time i actually needed to be around the kinds of people that i had grown up with as well.

I was a Jw for 33 years ,left about 25 years ago ,so if you ever want to pm me and still be anon.I am here .I have a listening ear and if I can be of any service to you for whatever as I said I am here.

Is anybody here listening to what Kim Jon -un actually said ?

He has not said he would attack the mainland of Guam ,he has not not threateed that strike.initially anyway

What he did say was he would fire his missiles into the sea off Guam to demonstrate his ability to hit Guam if provoked by the Americans with their military exercises off the coast of north Korea threatening his regime.

It is just the same as what he has done off the coast of Japan ,his missiles have fallen into the sea off Japan

In previous posts I have not seen anybody state the true facts of his original statements .

By all means correct me if I am wrong.

The superstitious.

i will bet that the governing boobs are grateful for the superstitious.

after all, it's the superstitious who fill the ranks of jehovah's witnesses.

with the dubs it's not faith... it was never faith.. monday's eclipse should bring out the best in all they who are superstitious.

Jehovahs Witnesses are always seeking a sign

,However didnt Jesus say that those were " a wicked and adulterous generation keeps on seeking for a sign but no sign will be given it" etc.etc.

And as you say JW`s are very superstitious and are always looking for signs that we are living in the last days ,that the great tribulation is about to strke and also that Armageddon is imminent.

They claim to be Bible Students but obviously not very good ones.

Sorry I cant post them and I`m only going by faded memory for titles. however in their day they were good family movies young and old could get a laugh out of.

Apparently he did give a helluva lot to certan charities.$$$$$$ wise.

thank you watchtower society.. thank you for converting my parents into jehovah's witnesses.

i really was getting bored with christmas and birthdays and the 5 meetings every week were so much more fun than boring old children's parties.. thank you for getting me out knocking on doors solo at age 10. much better than kicking a football around.

it was a pleasure to see the astonished looks on my school mates faces when i knocked on their doors, especially on christmas day.

Thanks snugglebunny for reminding me of what an asshole I was for dragging my 2 boys out in FS when they were school age .I cant think of the horror it would have been for them to meet their schoolmates in the D2D work

I cringe when I think about what I put them through when I made them come with me.

Thankfully we are all out now and that happened about 30 and more years ago and we all get on well today and even laugh about it.

Their not the worse off for it and are even succesful in where they are today .

And finally..thank you to ME for having the balls to get out of that awful cult, marry a good woman and bring up a family free from guilt and manipulation!

Good for you sb ,that is the best message you can give the GB leading a successful life outside of the religion and bringing up children that the WT wont get their hands on.
