why is it only a few of them and not all of the remaining annointed,that make the rules for the organization to follow?.
It`s ok that only a few are actually on the board making decisisions in brooklyn,but what I never understood is why in congregations all round the world they had no voice in local congrgation matters,most of the time they were held less important than elders,ms,pioneers or any other idolized person in the congregation. And they are going to rule with christ in the kingdom ??? I don`t think so.!!!

i have been reading many posts today and some of you have mentioned your age and how long you have been away from the org.made me start wondering what the average age is for most on this site who no longer go along with the org.
it would be interesting to find out..
I was 54 when I left and that was 15 yrs ago,it`s only recently that I bothered to come onto sites like this to see what`s going on.
a a witness this really bugged me.
i hated being called brother ( last name ) by people i knew for 10, 20, or 30 years !
it was so impersonal i felt.
When I first became involved I thought it was really family affectionate,but as the years rolled on and young children and I mean very young kids would address their elders (age wise ) as brother or sister it really got under my skin.How rude and disrepectful for a minor to address an elder other than mr (last name) or mrs (last name )

when we lived in livermore, ca a special talk was given by brother from bethel.
he used an illustration that really stuck with me to describe the role of the fds.

Why indeed!!Why wipe out all the animals on earth because of the wickedness of humans? Then again only land animals would have been killed off,the sea creatures would still survive wouldn`t they? It just doesn`t make sense.

after quoting ps32:8 (ot)"i shall certainly make you have insight..", the paragraph claims that jehovah provides direction to the slave, stating "we can therefore have full confidence in the scriptural insight, understanding and guidance that we receive from the slave.".
I vaguely remember a wt magazine many many years ago quoting a nazi propagandist of the third reicht stating something to the effect,that if you told a lie often enough and long enough you would eventually get the masses to beleive anything.Isn`t that just the way the f&ds class operate?
