I just called and told my mom, that I loved her, and that she was an earthangel. She is a JW, but I touched her heart I could hear. It's so important, that we remenber our caring parents. I know, that some of you, does not have caring and loving parents, and my heart is crying for you.
But for those who have, dont forget to tell them, also when it's not mother/fathers day.

sixteen child sex abuse lawsuits against jehovahs witnesses are settled.
As I see it, there are no winners. Not the Watchtower and not the abused ones.
Don't misunderstand me, offcourse I am glad so see, that the Wachtower was fursed to pay the victims a lot of money. But the victims are forever silenced and will not watch their abusers go to jail.
The Watchtower did'nt win either, because their falseness are now more open to the world. And hopefully some witnesses recognice this and leave the Watchtower.
Is'nt there any one her questening, why the Watchtower is willing to pay those high amounts to the victims and to their attorneys, to pull the cases back? Does'nt anyone ask, why did'nt they pay the victims before they lost the case about giving the caughts their arcives? Which informations does these arcives have, since they are willing to pay so big amounts to keep them secreetly?

a bethel insider in the know told me that all of the child abuse lawsuits where the watchtower bible and tract society was one of the defendants were settled back in the beginning of this year.
i questioned it and called napa myself and they were absolutely settled back then.

I think you are absolutely right. I am also so confused that they won't promote it. Especially because it's interest groups. The word must get out everywhere, so that we can work on safing those childreen. I think that we all have a responsibility to help those kids, and stop these animals. They are sick, and got to get help.
We should make signs and hang up everywhere, where the text are: Phedofiles Leave the childreen alone.
Hopefully they have a litle conscience and stop hurting childreen. (Just an idea).
95 % is a big number, also I think what about the rest of the family, ex. the mother, there must be someone who knows what is going on.
I realy don't get it, what joy can a litle girl or boy, give? Its awfull to think about, it's sick.

It does'nt matter, you don't take any discussion about the blood matter away. Not many are responding anyway as you can see. :)
I think it's very important, that you have someone to write to about this. Have you thougth about contacting Silent lamb? I promise you, Bill Bowen is a very nice man. Or try to go to their home page, and write in their guestbook. Many people there have tried the same as you. Maluenda ex. have been abused herself, and she is so carring and a loving woman. That you feel that you are surrounded with love, while you are at the site.
Yes I know it's tuff for you right now. And I know about nightmares, I have been told before. And I understand that you are angry, and thats good. Its so okay to be angry. Try and feel the anger, yell at your molester, write down all about what you are thinking, it help. Tell him, out in the blue air, that you just dont want him to do such things to you. I know it sounds crazy, but it will help.
But you need to talk to somebody, it also will help a lot.
My girlfriends does have a life, but sometimes it all comes back to them and they go down. But they have got a lot of psycological help. (Hope its spelled right). They are fighting and all the advises I just wrote, is the experiences they have told me, through time.
Missana write to me, as often as you like, I am here for you. And think deeply about what I wrote, talk to Silent lamb. They have experience since 1992. Many ex-witnesses have phoned and talked to Bill Bowen and he have helped them a lot.
I hope so much that you recover totally. I will pray for you.

I am so sorry to hear about you abuse. I have never been abused, but my mother has and to of my very best girlfriends have been abused by their father and 3 more elders, from the same congregation, when they were litle girls. And they are still fighting, trying to get at normal live. They did go to the police and the elders. But they lost the case and are today disfellowshipped. Their father are still a witness an elder of good standing. He even was allowed to lead the congregation in a pray, right after it was known. Poor old man, everybody say's. He also did abuse my girlfriends children.
My girlfriends could not remember what has happend, until for about 6 years ago. Here in Denmark there are a law, saying that after 20 years, (as I remember) the case is to old. But one of the sisters got pregnant by her father, when she was about 13-14, and when the litle girl was born, she was killed right after, by her father. It's simply so horryfeing, that it's difficult to understand. The police looked for the baby, digged all the land up, around the farm, but did'nt find it, so because of missing evidence, the case is now closed. It was hell, to go through for my girlfriends. The police believed them, but the elders did'nt. And in every congregation all ower in Denmark, they was pointed out as liars. So not only are they victims but also not believed in, and everybody accuses them to be liars.
It just can't be Jehovahs true organisation. It just can't.
My advise to you, try and contact Bill Bowen. He is absolutely a caring and a kind man who has been helping many victims. I am sure, that after a good long talk with him, you feel better. You are offcourse still more than welcome to write to me.

It is important, that you starts to clean up inside of you. Have you talked to you doctor about it? He or she can help you to find the right help/person who can help you with that.

Thank you for sharing this information. It's what I thought, poor mother. I know many are thinking that the parents are horrible, because they can do such things. But we know, that they must have had a very strong believe. It's so terrifying, that a religion can cause these tragical cases. And I am so afraid, that if armagedon dos not come, many of those parent's would'nt be able to live with them selfes afterwards.
I just wish, that I knew for sure, 100 % sure, if armagedon is comming. It still scares me, even if I have found out, so much about the JW, that is so wrong according to the bible.
You write, that you have a very twisted past, that has left you in need of mental health. I feel so sorry for you. Have you got any help?

We have just started, but I sure hope that we can reach all the ex-witnesses who still suffer. Mostly ofcourse, it will be here in our part of the world. But what I am thinking about, does anybody know what become of any of those parents? How are they doing? Does anybody know any parents who refused to let their child have a bloodtransfusion?
To me it's very imortant, because I am colleting informations about how are the witnesses psycological doing? Also in this question. It could be interesting to know.
