at the old wts, time to push out the doubters and apostates.
Even though I left the dubs 10 years ago I guess I still felt obligated to them in some form. I somehow managed to kid myself that the WTS has good intentions. It was only in recent months when talking to a co-worker (who also happens to be a good friend) that I really started to open my eyes and look at them for what they are.
I then started googling 'Jehovah's Witnesses' which led me to the freeminds.org site which led me here!

last week was the 2 day assembly.i didn't go to either one.
today,my mom called and told me the the c.o.
and d.o.came for a visit.i've been attending only once a week and no field service in about 4 years.
I hope one day we all can use what we learn on here and go out and hunt a good hunt on those who fancy themselves our predators....and we have so much success that they become scared and suspicious of all new recruits and even try to ban questions.
Ooooh yeaah!! Revenge is sweet!

That paragraph made my blood boil. Dubs can rant on about how money isn't important to them all they want. Yet you look at the elders and ms in most congregations and they don't do work such as cleaning. Many of them have their own businesses and most of them are quite well off financially.
The only reason they print that crap is to keep the sheeps in their place and doing their dirty work for them.

Same here. Why does anyone want to hear about some acid induced fantasy thought up by a bunch suits who have no concept on how the world really operates? Remember songs like 'Puff The Magic Dragon' & 'Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds?'. As a child they used to remind me of the way dubs talked about the 'new system'. Look at the facial expressions of the people in those illustrations, they're on drugs!
