1. Leaving babylon the great no longer fleeing from false to true religion, now it is fleeing from material things and possibly geographical.( used this as a reason to not waste time on education)

So how far is this "snippet of light" going to go? We all know how it works. Speculate about something, and then years later preach it as gospel and reference the old WT where it was first speculated.

I imagine this will be one big update for the Revelation book, they might just have to print a whole new book!

Undefendable WT Lies

What I like are those quick and easy undefendable and undeniable times when the WT knowingly lies and/or rewrites history.

Yeah. Digging thru my boxes of books and came across an old old edition of The Harp of God which has emblazoned on the cover, "Conclusive Proof that Millions Now Living Will Never Die." Not sure when it was published but it looks to from the twenties.

What a load of crap. Did you read all the proof that we are in the "last days"? Trains, planes, radios, aluminum, barbed wire.....?????? What the hell was that Jack-Ass smoking? The most insane pile of excrement I have ever skimmed through () - I couldnt bare to read the whole thing.

2. major organizational changes about to start rolling out, one is changes to the "service committee" and titles, po to be done away with, thats all i know for now.

was told that if you are the sort of person that cant handle changes, you wont stay in the org for long.

Okay its been awhile since I've look at a Watchtower just because it sickens me...but WOW....I'm ready to punch the wall and I've only read the 1st page of the 1st article!!!!

well did you read the Feb 15 study edition??
They discuss the generation change from "wicked" people to "annointed" people (New light is 180 degrees from old light?) Anyway - the reason we know the generation is the FDS is because JC said that "when you see all these things occur then you will know ...(italics theirs)
The reasoning??? That the generationwould be those that would "be able to draw certain conclusions" about the signs of the last days.!

Can you believe that?? Draw certain conclusions?? Are we a little gun shy??
So when JC said when you see all these things then you will know, "know" meant"draw unispired conclusions that, if wrong, can be changed later on since you are not inspired to draw conclusions, just guided in an effort to draw conclusions, and these conclusions will be drawn and changed several times over multiple generations spanning for more than a century"

Yes this generation of errant conclusion drawers will by no means pass away until all these things occur!

so i was watching "world view" or something like that last night and i was really moved by the what the presenter was saying.

he was a christian, and actively helping children all over the world.

he said some things that really caught my attention because they were things i have been thinking a lot about lately.. being so lost spiritually lately i have often found myself wondering why i am even here.

and swiped all the curtains, which will do her no good because she doesn't even have a big sliding glass door to put them on, and she took the friggin sheets of my damn bed...because back when we were living together last year she paid for the stuff.

no warning, nothing.

the watchtower bible and tract society represents itself as christian.. it represents its theology and policies as direct from jehovah god through his son, jesus christ.

further, the governing body of this corporation interposes itself between the mediator, jesus, and the rest of jehovah's (christian) witnesses for the purpose of "feeding them (spiritual) food at the proper time.. the official word of jesus christ is represented in the watchtower's policy on blood transfusions.. in 1998 this statement was made:.

jehovah's witnesses do not accept whole blood, or major components of blood, namely, red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets and plasma.

Rutherford created a Brand which he termed Jehovah's Witnesses. This Brand Name was made distinct from Christendom by what they did NOT do.
They did NOT practice charity.
They did NOT vote.
They did NOT celebrate holidays.
They did NOT accept blood transfusions.

Rutherford was just pissed off that "christendom" (as he claimed) had him thrown in jail. - It was an "F%#K YOU ! "attitude. This was his way of "getting back" at christendom.
As a result all bible students and later JW paid the consequences for his anger. Even dying for it. What an ego-maniacal ass! - I have shredded my blood card.
