are you 100% sure that leaving the organization was the right decision?

he commented on another site:.
oh, i must mention: when barbara and rud publish, they will shake the foundations of the watchtower society, and i will have to rewrite many parts of apocalypse delayed to fit with the newly revealed information.
no one knows the dry rot that has existed in that organization as do they.
Not meaning to sound cynical nor to be disrespectful of Barbara Anderson, but what info could she have that she has not already revealed? She's been out of Bethel for years.

at one time, doing deep research took a lot of time.
you might have to visit a particular library in a .
particular city.
So very true. The info is out there, we just have to access it. But like one poster said, he logged a ton of hours of porn before he looked at anything that could be considered apostate. As JW's "the fear of god" was drummed in to us, to look up info that would contradict the Society's position on anything, was unthinkable (worse than porn). Add to that their dicoursaging eduation and you end up with a group of poorly eduacated, complient naive people.
Consider yourself hugged! (((((()))))

You guys are not baptized - yippee - ! You are free to do as you wish.

no firestorms please.
but be honest.
do you think that we are of a lower level of intelligence than those who accept evolutionist' theories?.
You can believe that:
1- There was no creator.
2-There was a creator who started things off and things evolved from there.
3- The Bible account is accurate and factual.
Those who choose number 3 either have no knowledge of science (they are uneducated or are isolated from sources of information), or they suffer from cognitive dissonance (they are intelligent and have access to info but to not believe the Bible's account scares them).
Just my opinion, don't shoot me...

every two weeks i take a drive to new hampshire to replenish my supply of cigarettes, 20 dollars less a carton and i buy two.
the savings is worth the 25 minute ride.. today was the day and an early morning trip, driving north away from boston, there is light traffic.
everyone is driving at 65 mph or more.. close to the n.h. border and a quarter mile in front of me, i spot an animal approach the guardrail from a wooded area.
They say "hindsight is 20/20". Don't beat yourself up. You had no way of knowing what the dear would do, they are unpredictable animals. And thaks for the "heads up" on this issue.

i think it would be safe to say that most people do not want to die when that time comes...yet, i wonder, how many people have really taken a hard cold look at the prospect of living forever...life without end.
wouldn't there come some point in time when insanity would set in....boredom would drive you over the edge.
i think you would go mad and want to kill yourself.... any thoughts?
Living forever surrounded my JW's and living under their crazy rules...no thank you!
