by Heartofaboy insaw a tv programme a couple of nights ago about a family taking a gap year to travel around the world.. on one leg of their journey they lived with a remote tribe in new guinea.
i shuddered at how quickly they were attacked by all manner of insects & leeches all intent on feasting on their blood.
a question struck me slap in the face...........what sort of personality creates all these creatures with all manner of ingenious ways of getting to your blood & feasting upon it & then holds blood to be so sacred that you should be prepared to allow your kid to die through lack of a life saving transfusion?.

my 6 year old walked straight past her grandma and auntie (jws)
by looloo ingrandma has not seen her for 18 months and auntie 2 years !
i was in the town at the weekend just before i went to work , my little girl was walking a few feet ahead of me and i saw her auntie come out a shop followed by grandma and i thought "oh shit" "what have we got to talk about after all this time " but fortunatley they just walked past eachother oblivious , despite grandma being so close she could have patted her on the head !
i was relieved but afterwards i thought how sad it is that a grandma cant come to visit her own grandchild and didnt even notice her (they are my disfellowshipped hubbys family .

Witnesses are so self absorbed in the delusion that the end is coming and that they are gods special people that they will throw their own family under the bus without a second thought. I have been thrown under the bus by several family members on both me and my wife’s side. I would not cross the street to piss on them if they were on fire. My wife’s father quit working at GM and moved to north Michigan to wait for the end of the world in 75, he now has to live on SS and has no way to make extra money. I would not give him the scraps off my floor if he was starving. I forbid my wife to give a nickel to them for help. She has every right to visit if she wants [she only visits when there is an illness] But not one red cent to them ever. I have pulled all my JW family out of our wills also. I will not have one cent of my hard earned money going to that fucking org. I would not give them the sweat off my balls if they were dying of thirst. Sorry for using so many metaphors, it drives home the point though.

Did you ever know any JW's/Pioneers who frequented popular nightspots and got drunk?
by James_Slash init used to make me sick at these hypocrites.. they would be at the meeting the next day or out in field service, obviously still intoxicated from the night before but putting a show on before the congregation.
i knew a couple of girls who would be regulary doing this over a weekend yet they would be pioneers all week, answering up at the meetings yet would be heading into popular nightspots and coming home at 4am drunk.
their dad was an elder (surprise, surprise).. i remember telling an elder about this once.

You can not take one person that changes his or her mind as an end to the debate. There will always be someone converting to and from every issue and its not support for the issue. Not to mention that even if the argument by design holds water and lets for a second say it points to a supreme being, or creator, what god get the credit for creating the world? ALLAH? Jehovah? Zoroastor or the flying spegetti monster. The myth of the bible is proven false on everything form the flood to the exodus to the very existance of Jesus. It is a very confusing religion that forces people to abandon family and friends, it pushes people down and is very degrading. It supresses human individuality and creates conflitc in the minds of the believers. In short its a debasing religion that should be banned and its leaders shot. I think all religion should be relegated to the scrap heap of human dead end inventions. God is only pretend and the god creators are dangerous.
