Good point.When I was with AOL I use to go in and make my comments on what the JW replies were.Plus I remember what they were.Many called me so many names I could get thrown in jail if I repeted it.The monitors,a few, would defend the JWs and when I gave a good topic,a monitor would remove it from the discussion.How do I know a monitor would do it?No one else had the power.Many JWs hate BAC for one reason....we had a good solid answer for a bibical question.

scriptual proof?

is there such a thing in the sense that it is spoken of?

i was thinking of a certain debate i've entered into, scriptual one, and realised that no matter what might be said, hearers of scripture are plainly given to hear it as they will - however it is that i may hear a teaching, another may well not - and it's intended to be that way.

free will is just that.

Paduan.....good point.But then again religion has no substance when it comes to one's salvation.If we all have to have a religion to have salvation,we all be damned.But Christ told us to follow Him not a Watchtower.

As for one's opinion..you might have missed it all.Example is Luke 24:39.Christ was resurrected in human form as He died it.Christ said Himself to touch Him and handle Him.For He has flesh and bones for a spirit does not have these things."It's not opinion,it's facts then we see.The Watchtower wants one to believe that Christ came back as a spirit.So if Christ came back as a spirit,He would be reincarnated not resurrected.

It's not an opinion...The Bible says it,I've read it,therefore I believe it...and it's fact.Not an opinion.Besides.......Since Luke wrote it,as he saw it....he wants us to believe it in faith.....and faith is the substence yet unseen.

Now I can believe when someone tells me that they have faith.Why not?It's really no arguement there.But if someone tells me that Christ is a spirit,because they read Luke 24:39.So I re-read Luke 24:39.It says that Christ was not a spirit.I read it....it does not say that Christ is a spirit..so I tell them they are in error,because nowhere does it say in Luke 24:39 that Christ is a spirit.So they begin to argue with me...I put up my hand to silent him..then I open to Luke 24:39 and hand him my bible and tell him,"Show me where it says that Jesus is a spirit in Luke 24:39."He can't.End of discussion.

The truth is this,either the bible is the Final Authority of the Word of God or it's just another romantic fictional book.The difference is faith.

God's channel withholding information

over the history of the watchtower society, they have published numerous medical articles with warnings of dangerous substances such as aluminium and others promoting quack medicines which never worked.

is it not strange, that the people choosen as "god's channel" would get these things wrong?

even stranger is the lack of information on truly dangerous substances.

Witnesses have forgotten the law of God,because they follow after a Watchtower Society and never heed to Christ.And if you have family in the Watchtower and you question the authority of the Watchtower,they(WT)will threatened you with your family and threatened you with disfellowship.

So if anyone leaves the Watchtower does not mean you leave Jehovah God.That's the Watchtower fantasy,but many believe it.

Did Franz deliberatly alter the Bible?

its taken as certain by most that the new world translaion is the work of fred franz.. now there are some funny expresions and words he chose to use in that translaion , that most people dont normaly use.but these words and expresions have been turned into catch-phrases by the witnesse, did he choose certain words when others wold have been more accurate in order to do this?

(the expression jehovahs witnesses had already been taken from the bible and used as a "special" phrase).

i wonder more though,did old franz choose these words insead of more common expresions in order to use them to deliberatly make some parts of the bible you woldn't normally link?for example the use of the word time or times in daniel, luke and revelation.is it really the same word that is used in tthe original language or could it be translated a different way, but "times" was used to make the link between them so it would fit in with their ideas on prophecy?are more instances of this in the new world translation?

JW Family Tries Black-Mailing Me

i have spent the last week or so with my sister and bro-in-law and my 6year old niece, all jws.

they live in a town not too far away from me, and i visit them every couple of months or so.

my sister and i are close, not extremely so, but we appreciate each other as we have no other bros & sisters, our mother died 21yrs ago, and our father treats us as though we are dead too (due to non-jw issues).. last time i went to visit them, my bro-in-law asked my niece to ask me if i'd go to the meeting.

For all of you who has family still in the Watchtower and force you all to continue to be threatened....my prayers go out to you all.As a Minister who goes out to minister to the Witnesses..Witnesses say I perscuate then when I disagree on doctrinal issues,Well I'd never persecuate them.What true persecution is...is dening family to true droctrine.Forcing a false doctrine upon you all or else.....the "or else," is pure persecution.

As it is written...."Forgive them for what they do....for they do not know what they are doing,Father."

This is truth...the Watchtower knows what they are doing,but many Witnesses do not know what's going on.That is why there are so many here now.They are beginning to see how the Watchtower is truly.....

.....to say,"GEt out of her,my people!"As revelations says........not the UN,but the Watchtower.

And be of good cheer...........When we see the face of the true living Christ,the King......."For I come quickly."

i am so off this planet.. i have had so much therapy in the past, i dunno, forty years, that it makes me "sick".. i have learned to speak in cognitive-speak.

i have learned to think in cognitive-speak.. i have survived jw-endorsed "therapy": a jw-sanctioned therapist in northern virginia who could "cure" dissociative disorders in just a few sessions.

she learned this technique from the "society" and therefore, did not charge for her services.

Resurrection or Reincarnation.........

folks,over the years,seem to think that they must change meanings and words so the words will fit their own truths.they think truth is relative.but the real facts remain that even though some people think truth is relative,at the same time truth is always open and anything else but truths is a lie.. from a hindu's point of reference reincarnation is a cycle of life in which when we die,we are reborn into another life.it matters not if the next life is improved or not.and returns with a new body,soul,or whatever karma allows itself to be.. resurrection,as in christ,means christ returned as he left.luke 24:39,makes that statement.

"and he said to them,"why are you troubled?and why do doubts arise in your hearts?behold my hands,my feet that it is i myself handle me and see...for a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see i have.

reincarnation is coming back,after death in something new.resurrection is coming back the same way.. wt or watchtower followers are famous in creating something from nothing out of the bible.they have changed their theology doctrine many times.and those who listen to watchtower is basically a watchtower follower.. so basically,as in luke 24:39,if we believe or teach that christ came back any other way,then we teach heretical blasphemy.

Robyn....In Luke 24:39,Christ said that He was not a spirit after His resurrection,yet over and over the WT says that Christ came back as a spirit.

What many people don't understand is,if the story came out in newsprint through the Watchtower,I ignore the story completely.The Watchtower,as sad as it maybe,love to martyr people all the time.It matters not who they are or why they are there..as long as the Watchtower can get away with saying,"It's a Jehovah Witness,"they will do it.

Let's say there's crunchy peanut butter and smooth peanut butter.I like crunchy...the other likes creamy.So the other guy says I persecute him because I don't like creamy peanut butter.Yet my opinion of peanut butter is not persecution no more then knowing the difference between the Watchtower and having faith on Christ.

Because of my opinion on the Watchtower is different then the opinions of Jehovah Witnesses I'm accused of persecuting those poor Witnesses.Great real people...Why even Russell says that it's not persecution.

Besides,the Watchtower wants you to put faith in it's org. not Christ.
