My cousin's wife lived in the town where he started his healing services. He was kicked out when they discovered he was getting people to come to his services and pretending to be healed. It was just a farce.

The Casual Experience That Changed My Life
by metatron inonce upon a time, i had to work with an affable young woman i'll call "deena".
it seems she was having trouble using a particular piece of electronic equipment, so i began questioning her closely.. suddenly, as i was jogging her memory, i observed that she appeared to be in pain, although there was no obvious physical reason for such a reaction....... and then it hit me like a thunderbolt:.
i was forcing her to think deeply about something and her facial expression was no different from having a toothache.

My brother is the oposite from that. If he is interested in something he learns all the details. He was a programmer where I worked and his programs worked the first time they were run, most of the time. If you bring up a subject that he has investigated he knows all the little details.

Lost life
by peggy ina long time bethel member came home a few months ago.
he had been at bethel for 20 plus years.
last weekend he took his life by a gun.

There were two of my second cousins who killed themselves last year. They were both JWs. The pastors neice tried to kill herself a few days ago. It seems to be going around in all religions.

Talked to my Ex. from 35 years ago.

I found my first wife's telephone number on the internet and called her. We talked for a while and she told me why she divorced me. She couldn't stand the controlling JW life that we had. She wanted some freedom in her life. She thought I wouldn't leave the JWs. I told her I faded too when she left me. She had a good life after leaving me and married a man that retired from the Navy. He died 5 years ago. She has a good retirement income and is doing fine. She gets more pension income than my wife and I combined.
My wife didn't like me calling her and is mad at me right now. I was just curious about what happened to her after we were divorced, not interested in her romanticly at all.

it loads windows and goes to a blank screen where normally my mouse arrow shows up while it finishes, it just sits there and doesn't do any thing else.
i tried loading a previous one that works and it does the same thing.

Thanks for all the good infomation you folks gave me. I defraged the hard drive and it booted up but after I closed it down again it didn't boot. I got it to boot again later but I think it has a problem with the disk drive, maybe.

My xp system won't boot normally. It loads windows and goes to a blank screen where normally my mouse arrow shows up while it finishes, it just sits there and doesn't do any thing else. I tried loading a previous one that works and it does the same thing. Yesterday when I chose a former one that worked it did work but today it just sits on a blank screen. I'm in safe mode now. Any ideas????

There's A Ghost At My Place Of Employment
by finallysomepride inok some of you will laugh at this, but it's true, there is a spirit that haunts the premises where i work.. it has spoken to me once when i was locking up, it was 1 single word "hello", i looked around and saw nothing, i ignored it, set the alarm locked the door & went home.
other times i have felt something brush passed me as i have entered the building early in the morning.
the experience that got to me most happened the other nite when i was called back to the store by security, as i pulled into the drive way there was a man standing at the rear of the building, in the split second of looking away he dissapeared, there's no way that he could have run off the property in that split second.. what do you think?.

If Jesus is God the ransom doesn't make sense. God sacraficed himself to himself so he could forgive humans. How could he be David's offspring if he was God? How could he have said on the cross or stake, "Why have you forsaken me." if he was God? The whole bible doesn't make any sense to me anymore, just a few verses here and there that could be said by a human without God involved. Ken P.
