  renny: And this site and being a witness don't really work, It is for people that are leaving but not for people that are going back.

  Glad you finally got your arms around that one girl....many haved asked what you were doing here since dubs are not supposed to visit anthing but JW created cites. I have enjoyed many of your arguments, but honestly feel like you intentionally lived in denial to many things, and you probably will have to continue this if you want to become a jw again.

  for me, one thing that i do know is that in or out of a religion, i must have freedom to have....and even speak my own opinions without punishment.........i will have my own feelings on matters, and express them if i want to.......i do know for a fact that this was not allowed me as a JW..........if you can be happy there knowing you can not have such freedoms..........enjoy.........oompa

  all the biblical and religious discussion/arguments aside.........how can one give up ones right to express their true feelings????

  i have no idea what i want to convey in words here on this site, and have surprised myself by even joining at all.

  i intended just to read, and get a few pieces of information, and now am a member, and spend many hours looking through posts old and new alike.

  i am a current jw, born into it, and lets just say i'm in my thirties, female, and a mom of more than your average kids.

  deep breath girl.........time will help, and ya.........i had those canned prayes for years.........so hollow..........after my wake up, i still did them at meals with jw wife.........i stopped a few months ago........she noticed but said nothing as we have a "no religion talk" rule...........anyhoo, my food still tastes the same.............you already have friends here, and thankfully most are very non-judgemental...........welcome!............oompa

  divorce

  my husband is studying with the witness and attending the hall.we are seperated and 10 days after i left he moved a woman in.

  he says he can't divorce me i have to divorce him.

  i am ill and i need his insurance ,my insurance will not go into effect till 12-2010!!!!

  the leaders of the group are never the real leaders of the group.

  when i was a dub.....and had such good friends...party friends....vacation friends.....we never even did the morning text, cause we all woke up at different times depending on how much we drank the night before.........we could be on a cruise, at a beach house, or riding board in colorado......and damm....spiritual wt conversation was not in the picture!!........

  so kinda funny that they all shun me now, even though i am not dfd........so if i had them over sociall....should they even come, what are they afraid of?...........i mean back then the bible shit never ever came up anyway............oompa.

  Good for you big tex, but i meant when you were still in....at social times, was WT stuff ever mentioned?............for my crowd of friend, esp on vacation, the only thing that ever happened was prayer at meal, and lots of non-dubs do that, and i can ignore it.....but i find it odd i am shunned by so many old friends, when we did not sit around talkin about wt stuff/crap..............unless they were expressing doubts too.............oompa

  sometimes i wonder whether or not we're any different than the witnesses we criticize .

  we criticize jws for lacking love, temperance and fellow feeling.

  no one likes to be judged but it seems we do our share of unfair judging at times.

  but i think its probably a commonly noticed thing that jehovahs witness women and becoming more and more unstable mentally and physically as a whole.

  they seem to suffer from a bizzarely high percentage of scent sensitivities, chronis fatigue syndrome and the like.are they making it up for attention?
