all of us know names of elders and others inside the tower who are child molesters in different parts of the world..... now that we have some allied out there in cyberspace i would like us to make the most of it.... everyone who knows names and addresses to pedophiles inside the tower...now is the time to act!
I understand your passion but without a conviction the list makers/sustainers would be opening up themselves to lawsuit both civil and criminal depending on state/nation statue.
I am curious how you rank age of consent laws into this list......for instance in some parts of Mexico and Boliva age of consent is the onset of puberty.

If someone is convicted than I am all for creating a searchable database....(mark 12:17)
However without a conviction the legal implications are abundant.

In cases of non-conviction---There is also a case by case value.....
If a child molests another child because they were molested should we publish the child's name who repeated the abuse? What if the children all received counseling (studies show that a child who is believed are less likely to continue the cycle via vampire syndrome)
At what age do we draw the line.....does state statues play into the decision?
I have seen ugly child custody battles where accusations are tossed frivolously....but with the accusation made the Elders are required to call Legal........

For the record I have had 3 convicted sex offenders attend at one time in my congregation....
1) I watched like a hawk (adult abuser/ child under 10 victim) - the PO & Sec didn't bother to share his conviction with the rest of the BOE
2) romeo/juliet couple (later married when she turned 18)
3) Sister seduction who set out to force a stupid, stuck in a bad marriage Brother to marry her......parents flipped and pressed charges but she bragged of her plan.........so I don't really hold him as responsible as a real pedophile because I know her , what she did and why.....I blame the WTS and her stupid parents for creating a hostile environment where 'marrying to get out of house' was her only option and in my area it isn't uncommon for an 18 year old to marry a guy twice her age....

so back in dec. 2011 all this buried waste was discovered at wat farm.
dec starts an investigation.

Keep in mind that the wastes were put into the ground before regulations were put in place...
The WTS is footing the bill for the clean up too (at least that is what is being stated in articles)
a 25 year old relative of mine was being stalked last week by an older woman.

on my introduction post a few people expressed interest in how the worldwide church of god (wwcg) imploded.
i think maybe in hopes something similar will happen with the jws.
i think the jws will also eventually experience a meltdown but probably not in the same way since the power structure was a bit different.

i have never been a jw, but my wife, two brothers and their wives and children are.
also, most of my wife's brothers and sisters are jw's.
since i have a close relationship with both my family and my wife's family you can deduce that most of my friends and associations are with jw's.
Become an even more involved dad!
If you can stop the baptism....do it unapologetically, be firm..... .....Sometimes parents change their minds when more facts are understood....Perhaps take the children on a weekend getaway during the District convention...... or agree to sit through the DC to make sure she isn't dunked. Discuss with your wife about your concerns of the high level of legal undertones our baptism has and unhealthy view of college.....perhaps the children should be college graduates before they make such a serious dedication ......fall back on Jesus being about 30 before commencing on his ministry
Your children thrive when you share your thoughts, opinions and time with them.
As their father they have a natural level of desire for you to 'take a lead' and it improves their sense of security.
Do you review the WT material with your children? (you should)
Gently discuss with them the concepts, compare other interpretational understandings, fact check quotes/statistics, ask their opinions, pepper you comments with our historical doctrinal development and lead them to a broader understanding.
Review other reading material beyond the WT publication too....... example a nightly family reading of a literary classic or modern series (in light of sparlock I suggest books/series in which movies have been based or are being based-- since you kids are 12+ perhaps Suzanne Collin's Hunger Games or Hobbit (movie out in Dec) or a family friendly version Arabian Nights (movie out 2013/14) .
Talk about the future and how their choices personally and professionally impact our society ......get them excited to be part of the larger good!
