Do your body a HUGE favour and stop all artificial sweetners. I switched to a diet pop to shed weight 2 years ago. It has enlarged the prostate and I am banning that crap from my body forever. I am taking large doses of saw palmetto daily to shrink it to manageable proportions.

Water, a small amount of skim milk, a small amount of pure juice, and 10,000 steps per day. (about a 5K walk). Never again, aspartame.

not the governments place through taxation as a liberal would have it. Is it wrong for governments around the world to donate to rebuild Haiti? Just asking. Perhaps it is better to give up on an area that seems beyond repair. What would Jesus do as a socialist?

Now if government is bad, and people run governments, does that make people bad? Just asking.

Please help, I need a list :)

i expect a major confrontation with my mum in the near future regarding my non-association with jws.. i plan to discuss my unwillingness to associate based on 'things i have discovered' about the org.

i would like to prepare in advance for a lengthy argument and for this purpose i would like to compile a list of issues.. however, i want to discuss using only jw publications.

mum has the wt library (2003) and some books but not the rare or uncommon ones.

Assuming you wish to "win" a discussion, is to not have one. Speak your mind, then cut it off. In their minds, if you continue, they believe they are winning, or at least have a chance at convincing you and more time on their sheet.

I avoid talking that crap with my former JW amigo. They believe they have already won before the discussion even starts.

Rush et al embarrass themselves the minute they open their mouths. Our talk radio is not so intolerant. But I don't listen to talk radio as a whole. I am an oldies radio fan. I do ocassionally listen to Progressive radio out of Seattle, and KGO out of San Francisco at night. I prefer Sirius radio channel 6,7,8 and 100.

As far as accusing me as a liberal. You say liberal as if it's bad. I am proud to be a Progressive Conservative.

So (liberal) you can (liberal) call me (liberal) a liberal as many (liberal) times you (liberal) wish. You have no idea who I am (liberal).

I do believe (liberal) in the freedom to (liberal) choose. I DO NOT (liberal) believe in bank (liberal) G.M. bailouts.

Oh and (liberal) this is just a blog on the net and no one really cares. Relax ppl. I do believe in freedom of speech . Good night.

NN. No one loses their home due to illness in Canada. Period. Americans are happy with your system. Canadians and most of Europe is also very happy. That's the freedom to choose. It's got squat to do with winning an arguement. End of the story.

Perhaps a stroll down the Internets (lol) highway and research "Tommy Douglas". 30 million Canuckleheads can't be wrong.

Just how does bankruptcy protect you against a bank repo? If you cannot pay for your home, you cannot keep your home. Banks are finnicky that way.

Why should those who are adamant against socialized health care force their beliefs on those who need it? You say you want choices, but not that choice. No one there is forcing it on you. That'a why it's called a choice. We here have that choice. Pay for the plan or go private. That's real democracy.

Try deciding based on your own beliefs, not Repug. talking points.

A person has as much "right" to healthcare as a car owner has a "right" to a mechanic.

What a crock. One step further with that analogy. When you are at 4 stage lung cancer, put him or her in a car shredder. Tea baggers have no compassion at all.
