by Amazing inthe watchtower publishing corporation loves the df rule because it isolates jws from hearing critical information of their business cult, a cult that is disguised as a religion.
in the excellent thread yesterday about the 'hardline' on dfing ... this point was made in the aug. 2002 km:5. indeed, it is just as page 31 of the same issue of the watchtower states: "the fact is that when a christian gives himself over to sin and has to be disfellowshiped, he forfeits much: his approved standing with god; ... sweet fellowship with the brothers, including much of the association he had with christian relatives.".
the watchtower presumption is that a shunned former jw has always given themselves over to sin, and somehow deserve total shunning.

Does anyone here workout on a regular basis?
by Leander ini just wanted to get a little dialog going with some of the members here who workout.
i know reborn works out quite a bit and i've been doing fairly well as of recently in getting back into a regular exercise regimine.
so far i've worked out everyday for the past 17 days, i usually try to do weight training at least 3-4 times a week and i usually do some cardio everyday.

LB you are right that cardio is very healthy for you but if you want to mold and shape your body you must weight train.I think bill phillips said it best "If you are fat and pear shaped and you start only doing cardio you will just end up looking like a smaller pear.I is always best to combine all three fitness elaments ,diet,cardio and weights.

i know reborn works out quite a bit and i've been doing fairly well as of recently in getting back into a regular exercise regimine.
so far i've worked out everyday for the past 17 days, i usually try to do weight training at least 3-4 times a week and i usually do some cardio everyday.

I was working out about 5 times a week in the gym. But I have done little in the past month or so.I am starting to get layer of fat that is to big for my liking.I am going to start up again after I get settled from all the rat racing I have ben doing.I just moved to a different town and today I just got a new job in the twin cities so I get to move all over agin in a month or two.But I will try not to let my workouts suffer.

Gill you are right to pick poker to play profesionaly.Out of all games you can make a living out of only three, poker,blackjack and sportsbeting.Blackjack is the easiest to learn profesionaly but poker if done right can be the least expensive.I deal blackjack for a living and if you have any ? email me after I unlock it.

it made me feel ill.........and almost like leaving the room.
