Eric you missed the point and ducked my question.Why even be a jw if non jws survive the big A.What you do not realise is that most of us were and still are jws.Your balatent spin on this subject is laughable.The org even preaches from the platform the even babtised jws will not make it through.This notion that all babtised Jws and millions if not billons of non belivers will survive the big A is a lie that is floated out to outsiders to make them look less cultish.

achristan I am very confused as to what you belive from your insane babalings.Let me get this straight, You belive adam and eve came from homo erectis and that all that junk about eve coming from a rib must be a metaphor about evaloution.Mabey the rib was from a cro-magnam man meaning eve would be the next step in evolution.What if god would have tested neanderthal man in a garden,I bet they would not have eaten the fruit.Wow this must be a new religion in that both evolution and the flood acount are true.Eve most certianly did not come rib,she and adam evolved from lower primates but noah did build a huge rectangular box, loaded it with a bunch of animals and survived a year long flood that covered most of mesopataimia.Tell me , in this new religion of yours dose the donkey and dose the sun stand still.Let me geuss,the donkey dose indeed talk but the sun dose not stand still for a day cause we all know science says it cant do that,its just symblolisim.But the donkey talking is very true.

eric what are you saying.Are you saying that at the big A jws will not be the only ones saved.How many non jws, and what is the criteria for these non Jws to be saved.If thats the case than nobody needs to be a jw.I think you are trying to spindoctor that your god is not a genocidal maniac.This halftruth is often told to the media and outsiders so that the Jws can look less like the CULT we know them to be.The biggest thing that started my exodus from the jws was a talk at a district convention where the speeker said that If you arent making to all the meeings you will not make it through armagedon.At that moment I knew something was very wrong with this religion.So I think the figure of 6 million will survie is way too liberal.It should be more like 1 million.

If you belive in god form the bible I think the purpose of life is to amuse god.We are the discovery channel for heaven , as god whatches the channel he is laughing his ass off at our life and death struggals,much like when we watch the lion and the zebra.But once and a while god gets involved like a kid gleefuly burning ants with a microsope.In bible times god used to burn lots of ants (humans) with his big microscope.But now he is content just watching tv.

I saw the movie and never read the books.I would give it a B-. It is so hard for hollywood to make a good fantacy movie.It was a good cosept for a movie with good characters but I must agree with askt that with a better directer this movie could have been alot better.The flow of the movie seemed a bit choppy at times and I agree that the death of human in the end was way overblown.But I did enjoy the movie.I am glad this movie did not make the same fucked up mistake that lucas did by turning the phatom menace into a movie for kids 5 and under.
