  Any fitness gurus out there

  well since i've made up my mind to take control of my life by leaving the borg i also want to get myself back in shape.

  a few years ago i wass 6'1, about 205 (all muscle) with less than 10% bodyfat.

  today lets just say that i need to get back into a serious workout regimine.. .

  I follow the body for life program and I totaly agree with you duubla.It is insane to say that cardio in the morning without eating will waste away musule.It might if you eat bad and dont have a weight program.But everyone that dose bills program gains a shitload of mussele.

  i visited some relatives in my extended family and found exactly.

  the same situation as elsewhere in witness congregations.. the next generation of witnesses isn't there.. a friend of mine, who still goes to some meetings, made the.

  same observation independently.

  I totaly agree jeff,they do nothing for the young people.I have gone to many congragations and they all have lost my generation,the gen Xers.And they will continue to lose every new generation because it is a stagnet sect for intolerant old white men.

  i am watching what i think is the dumbest movie ever put on film,the quick and the dead.

  sharon stone (who i think looks great with no panties) absolutely sucked in this stupid movie.

  whats with the plot of this yawner,its been done a bit too much.she was terrible and gene hackman must have needed the money when he signed on to do this groaner..just my opinion and we all know what they about opinions...they are just like assholes, we all have them and they all stink...

  red planet got two cokes on the floor.Thats how I grade my movies, if it sucks I pore my leftover coke all over the theater floor. Its way better than a thumbs down.Red planet should have gotten a tanker truck of coke on the floor.

  would really love to persue my dream job as a professional loafer, but i wonder how much it would pay?

  Hi gil, I too would love to be a pro gambler.Right now I just deal blackjack.Pro blackjack is hard to pull off but it can be done, it might be easier to play poker profesionaly.A very good novel about pro blackjack is 'the counter' by blackwood.

  I am for killing serial murderers, they cant be changed and would most likely kill again.But as for the rest, gang violence, drive by's,road rage shootings,domestice shootings,store clerk shootings,theft shootings and school shootings we need to get rid of the facilating factor whitch is GUNS.When is the last time you heard of a drive by knifing or some one try to kill a police man with a board with a nail in it.I would love for us to adopt Britains policy on guns. It would never elimanate crime but at least we would not have the " shoot out at the OK coral' that we have to put up with now.

  how did the next line of the peter, paul and mary song go?.

  "long time passing".. children in the witness community here in oz seem to be disappearing.. there was a time when each congregation could expect to count new publishers each year from the children growing up in witness families.

  say 1 or 2 in an average 100 publisher congregation.

  If there is one thing that I agree with our euopean freinds on this board its americas abissmal record on mass transit and alernative fuel and energy.Back in the 70s when we had our first oil embargo if US would have made oil into the next space race we would all be driving oil free cars today.But since the oil robber barons run the show that never happened.To bad I always thought we would have flying cars by now.

  ever since i've come to this board, you take every opportunity possible to imform everyone else how sad you are, do you ever give encouragement back to others, or have you always been like this, doing your best to stay as miserable as can be?.

  you know theres lots of people here who would like to help you, given the chance, in fact i can't even be bothered to give you any encouragement this time, cos all you do every time you see someone in chat is tell them how lonely and sad you are.

  I agree with celtic and flower on this one, and legion hit it dead on.This is a person with no life that sits in chat all day and trys to prey on peoples emotions.These type of people are a dime a dozen on the internet.They get off when others baby,pity and wipe their ass for them.
