Neat Thing To Do.......
by Outaservice ini noticed on the news the other night that there are now paparazzi companies that you can hire for yourself.
you get a limo and wherever you let them know you're going they will show up with a hoard of photographers as you get out of the limo with all the fanfare!.
this would be great to do if you had to attend a kingdom hall for some reason (memorial, funeral, wedding, etc.

Memorial invitations didn't work in my congo. Did they work in yours?
by outofthebox inso, the people in my congo expended hours and hours distributing the invitations, but the attendance was the same as always (actually a little less than other years).

Here even some elders think it was a waste of time and money. Nobody came because of the invitation. The people that came was the same that always do: Family and friends.

If there is such a thing as "ONE TRUE RELIGION...
by JH inif there is such a thing as "one true religion", then lots of good honest god loving people will die at armageddon.. although jw's don't gamble, chosing the correct religion, if there is one, is a gamble.. .

Religion is control. Once a group of people agrees to believe in something, they tend to protect that believe even if it is not truth anymore.

by choosing life inthink what it felt like to be a youth, learning to love, raising children, getting older and a little wiser, whatever you've experienced.
what if we could be in all slices at once?
would we be living inside of time or outside?.

That's deep. I don't know. I guess we are bound to this dimension, so we can't really understand anything else. But, my theory is: "God is out of this universe, so he/she/it is not bound for time."

which i don't care for, but since my family is stuck in this cult, i guess i can use the new position to help them see that the holy spirit has nothing to do with me being an elder.

I want them to choose for themselves whatever they think is best. But, I don't want them to be pressured by fear (like WT do). The Matrix is a prison for your mind.
