i wonder if the courts could ever order the release of all df people .
i thought of this from a letter i wrote to a newspaper in nc.
i dont know what circumstances it would be, but it could prove very interesting i am sure.. have been a jehovahs witness for over twenty years.

It maybe the case still that it's held within the local cong. BUT....with people moving around from state to state etc. Like I have, to really keep accurate tabs on someones standing, they would have to have the info stored somewhere for any cong. to check the accuarcy of a claim. Just an example, I could go back to a previous KH, tell them I was inactive since leaving them, and how would they determine I was DF in another cong.? I rest my case.

oompa, FORMERS? *heehee* That's too funny. I have a hunch that all congregations have a nationwide list of the inactive and DF ones. I just have that gut feeling.

whenever i used to get hassled for not pioneering, i love passing along this little nugget of wisdom: "can you imagine what it would be like if everyone in the congregation pioneered?
no one would make any money to put in the contribution box, donate for gas, or buy groceries for the pioneers!

good point. Imagine McDonalds, they'd be packed full every morning. There went those contributions. Sometimes Mac's Lounge was more important than that contribution box, *heehee*
i have been approved to write the cover story for local newspaper about jehovah's witnesses.
it can't be any more than 2,500 words.
this newspaper has a huge reader-base.

you all know the jokes jews love to tell about themselves.
books and books of them.. the jokes about catholic priests.. i am sure there are buddhist jokes too.
(anybody heard one?).
JW's have the perfect religion. Nobody among their organ. makes mistakes or does anything imperfect to laugh about.

I can't remember exactly what the regimen was, I think we were only allowed to count a certain number of hours per kid, per study, per month, well....I counted EVERY single min. I studied with my kids.
