sad little picture

this is my 16-year-old cat lily - the new kitten popped her in the eye and she got an infection.
she won't leave it alone so the vet sewed her eye shut with med inside, and put the cone on her so she can't take the stitches out by herself.

Getting your car ready for winter

?i just got a car in march and this will be my first winter driving it.i know i need a snow brush but those are pretty common around here.. anything i should do to the car it's self?

Shovel? Good idea. How about a bag of kitty litter (the cheap one). Glad you don't need chains or studs, I just thought Ohio was like upstate NY when it comes to the snow and BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR cold temps.

Hilarious quote tonight to one of my "ex" friends...
by bluesbreaker59 inso tonight, i have one of my buddies over that is a fader, and we're sitting around eating some smoked pork and bbq beans that i made over the weekend.
one of our "conditional friends" called me and asked if he could pick up his mail, that he had forwarded to my house.
you see our former friend has a credit card and cell phone that he doesn't want his dub parents knowing about, so he had it forwarded to my place.

In your part of the country, I'd make sure I had studded tires, maybe even install an engine heater, make sure the spark plugs are all good and if you're in a hurry in the mornings, get yourself a can of de-Icer for the windshield (if you have no covered parking). Keep a blanket in your car, booster cables, flashlight and CHAINS, just in case.
