When I asked my hubby how he felt about one day his family having to stop having association with us he was they wouldn't associate with him, but would with me. I could not believe he could even say that. I explained that we were now one and that if they speak to him, i had nothing to say to them either.

She was very excited and made her family go with her. According to her, this man walked over 20 miles to go out in service.
I thought to myself, I hiked 30 miles over last weekend over 3 1/2 days with lots of elevation change. with 40 pounds on my back. Does he run to service, go out at night or is this yet another exageration?
This is the second story I hear in one week of "people" visiting the congos, the other was my mother in law chatting up my husband about a circuit or whatever overseer at her congo, and she was very excited. Is this like the pope visiting?

yesterday afternoon i took my daughter to a beauty school to get her first perm.
she has been wanting one for a while and i've been resistant until just recently after taking her to a school ice skating party and viewing her classmates...it was time to do this.
i watched her sit in that chair the whole time, watching her go through the process, she enjoyed the whole thing.
Beautiful!!!!! so happy for her. I have really really curly hair, and have used almost every straightner out there. It took me to 32 to have it healthy enought to wear either curly or straight.

After reading through Silent Lambs, how do you feel about the 2 witness rule? How does an abused person find two people to speak for them? Most if not all abuse situation only involve the abuser and the victim.

i could tell by the way he was responding that it had to do with something jw.
Many many thanks to Kudra and Love for you words. I really needed them today. My problem is that one of the only people i can talk to about my problem is a Witness. No I was never a witness. The only time i remotely studied with them I asked to many questions for their liking. I was only about 14 or 15 and luckily my mom also saw right through them and didn't want me to study with them anymore.
I grew up with friends that are and were witnesses, and have seen many of them go through some terrible things.
