This is one of my childhood memories, my mum or dad always used to iron everything , the feeling of the pressed clothes was delightful.. Sadly now with the advent of jeans annd t shirts i rarely wear clothes that are ironed.

greetings, ironers hard-pressed,.
i'm pressing a white linen jacket in preparation for a wedding this weekend.
it got me to thinking about a topic little (if ever) discussed in polite society, such as yours.. do you do drip-dry?.

just wanted to say how much you here on this board have helped me and a sincere thank you.
i am moving... into a huge, and potentially, wonderful transition in my life.
hard times ahead, but i think the worst is behind me.
ask nicely to please not tear up anyone else on this thread....please just let it die.
I agree . It is discourteous to barge in like this on your thread.
I do wish you well especially after all you have been through

in foxnews reports show the usa has and will continue to spend 1 trillion dollars on the war effort.
with no end in site in either country for maybe the next 10 years, do you think they could have avioded this and spent this elsewhere...can you imagine 900 billion spent on american healthcare or homeland security?
The money could have been far being spent on the healthcare of the people in the USA or Infrastructure.
What about helping the poorer countries with thier water suppiles? That would help the image of America far more and do more good.

for those that remember my wife was attacked and nearly raped back in march.
yesterday, was the preliminary hearing for the "alleged" attacker.
my wife had to relive that morning in front of that bastard once again.
What a courageous woman give her my regards

The next book is great. You will cry and have your emotions torn all over the place but in the end you will be upilfted. It is quite prescient too.
I actually went to see Khalid Hossieni when he was in London on April 10th. he is a warm and gentle man

i have been lurking on this site for long time now.
my sister-in-law told me about this forum when i had questions and concerns about bible teachings from the organization.
i have never posted because i was scared of getting found out---that would have disastrous results.
Hi Pandora
Lovely to see you out of your box
Enjoy your time on JWD

I found the book hard going at first, then now i am able to spend more time on it i am enjoying it more.
It could do with being a little shorter and l could do with fewer allusions to Classical literature, which whilst i get some i miss far more.
The more i read it the more i want to finish it. If i only i were not sorting out my divorce i would have more time
Thanks for your help Jackie
