  just heard a very surprising and unbelievable news which i want to share with you and ask whoever has the right connections higher up in the borg, if this kind of news can be double checked for reliability.. .

  the source of the information is believed to be reliable as it seems to be intimately related to some officials of the branch.

  The Great Crowd are NOT Jehovah Witnesses ?

  the great crowd are not jehovah's witnesses ?.

  this is a statement i read recently on a french forum.. according to the statement, when the name jw was adopted back in 1931, the gc, as we know it today, was not yet identified, and the new name applied solely to the ex international bible students association, all anointed members of the fds.. when later, in 1935 the great crowd was identified, they were referred to as jonadabs, not yet as jehovahs witnesses.

  i have been in the truth for over 60 years, but it is the first time i hear about that assumption.. can anyone of you confirm or infirm this statement?.

  christ presence started in 1914: acknowledged since 1925?.

  according to the second wt article in the march 15th edition of this year, paragraph 4 states that (translation) jehovahs witnesses recognize since 1925 that the first world war and the events which followed, constitute a clear evidence that christ presence in his heavenly kingdom started in 1914.. could someone kindly scan the english version of the above article and post-it online?.

  it is the first time, at least personally, that i read such a statement in a wt literature.. according to the book captive of a concept by don cameron, chapter 3 page 22-23, the first time the wt recognized that christs presence happened in 1914, was only in 1943.. how is it possible that this article of 2009 points to the year 1925 as the time when the jw first recognized the true event associated with 1914?.

  according to the new liberian (see link http://newliberian.com/?p=558#more-558 )an alleged jehovah witness, mr. andrew togba davies, a consummate professional, (who) indeed devoted his entire adult life to public service, working in various capacities as a christian minister, lawyer, educator, diplomat, and national security professional, passed away on january 3, 2009, in monrovia, liberia.

  he was 71.. the article specifies that he was a devout christian who, on december 19, 1969, after an ardent course of bible study, dedicated his life to jehovah and served faithfully as one of jehovahs witnesses until his death.. the article continues by saying in 1982, he began his diplomatic service as the liberian special maritime representative to the united states.

  just read a discussion on a french forum, where a quotation of a few lines of page 4 have been posted, where the message according to which at that time, the end of the 6000 years of mans existence on earth was only 90 months away .

  and that those living then would probably be alive when armaghedon would come .. here is the quotation.

  Barbara Anderson: Errors with French translation of her document!

  after barbaras ok to go ahead with the italian translation of her document the discoveries of barbara anderson, i found several mistakes, some very important, in the french translation already posted in the month of february in a french website.. when i asked for help in tracing barbara to ask for her permission to translate into italian her document, someone here on this forum has called her to tell her about my request and barbara did in fact get in touch with me through pm.. i have written back since a pm to barbara thanking her, and giving her my personal email id, but she did not reply neither by pm nor by email.

  this means to me that barbara does not regularly have the time to look-up this forum, but that some people who know her very well can get in touch with her, when the need comes up.. may i then ask you again the favor to .

  call barbara, let her know about this important message and that i have left a pm on the forum for her to reply.. thanks a lot my friends!.

  barbaras documents: i need your help.

  sorry not to have posted for a long time on this forum, but i a very actively involved in an italian forum where i spend most of my time .

  i keep on following some of the discussions in this forum, and this is how i got to know the cd of barbara anderson, which i have acquired last year.. recently i noticed that another document written by barbara, which can be found on her webpage, has been translated into french, i assume with the agreement of barbara.. now barbara specifically states on her webpage that we can copy whatever we want from her cd and use it on other website, of course indicating the source.. - see http://www.freeminds.org/women/barbara_anderson.htm.

  Finally I get to introduce myself ….

  on october 6th i registered in this forum, and gave a brief description of my personal experience, promising i would expand later.

  the time has gone by very rapidly, other different priorities have kept me away from this forum, which i will not cover otherwise i would take even more time going down to the core of the subject.

  my objective, in this forum, is to be of help to others who might be at a loss and who are confronted with the difficult issue of being loyal or leave the organization.
