  what is the german term "verarschung" in english?

  i hope there are enough german spoken members posting this board who understand the meaning of this absolutely un-translateable word, and can be of help.

  Mineralogist is right. It is a rather rude word. "Arsch" is "a$$" (not the animal), so if someone is "verarsching" you he tries to make you look like an a$$.
  
  While there is a lot of "verarschung" in WT literature you would not find the expression on the German WT Library CD-ROM.

  okay, i dont even like soccer, just a bunch of guys running behind a stupid ball and one trying to stop that same ball.. but damn, the half-finals is a huge deal, and we made it this far.

  .... the last match was nerve wrecking .. we played 0-0 and then the penalties came,.

  so tonight we play against portugal .......... *inhale* its starting .... oh the exitement ...... .

  No, Portugal did not play beautifully, the Dutch were just bad. Where was the fight? Portugal even had to make the Dutch goal.

  My daughter was just in an accident

  i just had a call a couple of hours ago from my ex.

  she said my youngest daugher was in a bad car accident.

  i asked her what happened, and told me that she was just pulling out from the drive way, and made a left turn.

  hi guys.. in britain this year for the district assembly, the w/t are making collection by credit and debit cards.. now, the question is are they doing this elsewhere??

  usa, canada, france, australia, ect, ect.. please feel free to enter the country of this imoral practise.. are they encouraging the jw to get in debt?????

  what a hipocracy... is this what jesus christ condemned??.

  i have been calling my kids for some time now.

  i am moving far away soon, and since i haven't had any contact with my daughters, i called them to let them know i was moving, and would like to say goodbye, before i flew away.

  weeks went by, as ususal, and no response.
