'+' made some additional comments on the German board. The Poetzingers carry a pretty recent issue of the magazines, just months before their life story appeared. Obviously, the photographer took a picture on the Brooklyn Bethel area and photoshopped it to pretend they are streetwitnessing. Later they used the actual picture. What a shame. (BTW, in one pic the handbag is missing.)

Wine Disasters During the Memorial
by WTWizard ini wonder how often wine spills happen at the memorial.
the wine bottle dropped or spilled onto the floor?someone slopping wine onto someone's shirt, the chair, or the floor?someone spilling the glass of wine onto someone's shirt or the floor?someone dumping the table, spilling wine on the floor?the table getting hit hard enough to slop wine onto the tablecloth?a glass of wine getting dropped, preferably busted?someone's littera-trash getting ruined because of a wine spill?a child hitting someone with the glass of wine, resulting in a spill?having someone intentionally dump the wine on someone, perhaps a teenager doing it to the parent that dragged them in?the crackers are less messy--they can be cleaned up with a vacuum cleaner instead of getting in the carpet or someone's suit to leave a stain.
they can, however be knocked off the plate by passing them, have the whole plate dumped, or perhaps having the whole plate dropped (and hopefully busted).

I brought this topic up on the German board and one active member stated that the WTS in Germany used their new power as a registered public body in Germany (e.g. now all kh belong to them) also to loot the accounts of the local congregations.

Does this mean they will stop funding lawsuits against doctors and hospitals that rule for the child?
The very last sentence on the HLC-form quoted by Weber reads: " If blood is transfused in an emergency that team of doctors and the clinic have to bear the consequences of their actions."
To me, this sounds like a legal threat.

As you can see this already took place in the mid 90s. By means of this, they have overcome the arguments against transfusions on minors. Adults are another cup of tea because they can decide on medical treatment on their own in Germany.

This is exactly the loophole JW have used in Germany to overcome this argument in the more than a decade long court case to get registered as a public body. In court, the WTS was represented by Prof. Dr. Hermann Weber who is not a JW. You still find the arguments in print and on the official website,
Armin Pikl, main JW lawyer in Germany, and Gajus Glockentin of the German branch office, published the essay "Jehovah's Witnesses as a Public Body" in 1998 in which they state (my poor translation from German):
"Weber is right in assuming that the parents in the end accept the enforcement of certain legal positions by the government."

Weber that is referred to had stated in his essay in 1996(still my poor translation from German):
"By introducing medical treatment when seeing a doctor, parents accept such an action by the court (or should the situation arise an emergency measure by the doctor) and do not offer any resistance."
and commenting on the form used by the HLC
"[...]on the other hand they accept that the governmental legal system displaces the consent they refuse (and by means of this enforces the medical measure considered as necessary) without any thwarting (and without rejecting medical treatment altogether)."

they all had pictures (if i remember correctly) of the harlot in revelation.
