How do I get over my Family treating me Like an Outcast

hello, i've been disfellowshipped for almost six years and it's still hard not being able to communicate with them.

i talk to my mom once a week, but my dad won't pick up the phone to talk to me.

i have 3 brothers and 6 sisters.

This feeling you have is quite normal because you want to be with your family and have everyone invoved in the conversation and in fun stuff with you, but you don't. I believe Satan the Devil feels the same like you, even though he's been away from his celestial family many more years than you.

'Don't follow your own thoughts' because the way Jehovah God organized and educate is far better than any philosophy or doctrine exsisting in the crule and unjust world that belongs to Satan and his minions of Demons. Love is all you need and time to repair any damage you may have caused to your parents and siblings. Because you aren't the only one hurting, they are hurting too for not having you in their lives.

Father Almighty Jehovah, Please ease the pain by the faith she has of you in her heart. Bless her acording to your will, and guide her away from any dark and confused place she may be trapped in. Allow your children to return because they want to and not becouse the feel obligated or forced to. For these are the ones that will trully bless you and love you and follow you. In the name of Jesus Christ - AMEN!

Why Jehovah Witnesses teach a more biblical faith

surprizeingly, i am not a jw but an observer and in partial agreement with the jehovah witnesses on many issues.

i have been to many churches in my 30 years and have studied many church beliefs, church history and the bible as well.

so why do i believe the jehovah witnesses are the one true faith of jehovah god?.

I actually agree with you tralon, The JWs are the one true religion under the guidence of Jehovah God and his General Jesus Christ. You have a great view of things.

Need help understanding Fiance

my fiance says he is a christian.

believes in god and that jesus is his savior.

he does not claim to be any religion, but his tendancies lean toward jehovah's witness.

Thank you for sharing your feelings with us and I think I have an answer for you.

I will tell you the truth that the best bet is that he had studied before with a JW and he liked what he heard. I know this is difficult for you because of your feelings for him and your belief on God, but I believe that reading the Bible is a good thing, so is his feelings for you and your children.

I would say to sit with him in a not so private area and have a heart to heart about his beliefs and his thoughts on God. Ask him questions and have him teach you without saying anything against his beliefs. Just listen, and when he is all done and you go your own way, put in perspective your belief system and his.

If you think you two can work it out, then go to him. If you believe you can't, let him go.

Faith is a part of you and you must always put God first. Men will come and go, but God is forever.

Actually, the TRUE religion, which came from Israel of the past, was not a man made religion. It was all God, he put the rules and the commition to obey his comandments so as to be in his good side and have him light up your way in which you are to walk.

You walk in the dark side of the moon, which is why you don't read the Bilble and watch the news and have nothing but sceptisism to say. The day you decided to stop believing in God is the day God's enemies became your friends and allowed you to think anti-Christial, anti-religious thoughts. Tell me this then, If you have it all figured out, Why not live life to the fullest and leave this forum? Is there something you need from this place that you don't get elsewere? Or are you trying to prove that life without love, God, is better than life without HATE?

Truth be said today, I know there are wakkos out there in every sect, religion, or political party, many of which are silent about their distorted ideas of what turns them on as they mix themselves with the rest of the normal people. But to actually be united in a perverted group in the name of religion so as to marry their young, almost teenage children to older men is just perpostrous. There is somthing wrong with this picture when the religion is doing it behind closed doors. And still, there are many other places around the world that do the same thing of uniting together in the name of religion, not to change the persons point of veiw, but to go with the perverted ideas and violate the inosence of our future the children.
