personally i love cooking...something about being in a hot kitchen...kneading bread...the way it feels under your hands...then sticking it in a hot oven and watching it rise...slathering butter all over it and eating it with your fingers...uuummm is there anything better?

Taking a Trip With My Lady Friend

we were talking about places that we wanted to travel to and about her birthday on march 15. we were talking about miami when i jokingly mentioned, "wouldn't it be cool if me and you could go to miami for your birthday?

This weekend I went out with my lady friend. We were talking about places that we wanted to travel to and about her birthday on March 15. We were talking about Miami when I jokingly mentioned, "Wouldn't it be cool if me and you could go to Miami for your birthday?" It was just a joke, but much to my surprise she told me, "Yeah that would be a great idea!" I was SHOCKED! I told her if she was serious. She said that she was. I told her that I could go to the travel agent that booked my trips to Las Vegas and Jamaica. She told me that that would be great and I told her that I would go on Monday and that I would call her Monday night.
Now, this is where I am confused. I told her awhile back that I have feelings for her. She told me that she likes me as a friend, but that is all it can lead too. She told me that she is not religious, but does believe in the bible. So she tells that she only wants to be friends, but she has given me certain signals that I find questionable. When we walk, she will hold my arm. When we are at the movie theater she asks me to rub her feet. We have conversations where we talk about each others lives. However, her agreeing to do to Miami with me for four days?
I am wondering whether she could have romatic feelings for me. Or, does she see it as two friends traveling together. I'm confused.

How much trust do you put in others?
by sleepy inhow much of what we know is built on trust in others?.
when you examine what you believe and why you believe it , how much is built on trust that information you read or hear is correct?.
of course none of us have time to check every thing out and it seams perfectly reasonable to me for us to have to trust others.. but we have all been burnt in the past.. sometimes what initally seams reasonable turns out to be false.. prehaps we can look at the methods used by people to see whether research is trust worthy.. but unless we personnaly can test these methods how can we vouch for them?.

by gotcha inhello just wanted to ask what tv shows do u guys watch?
we have limited choices over here but now i know where to get tv rips (evil me)..anyways..what are good to consider?
some shows i'm into are sex and the city, friends, and felicity that's about it..southpark too but dont get to watch now..ahh yah i watched survivor too and fear factor when i get to catch it..

Most of what is on television sucks! When I watch tv I mostly watch movies that I have on tape or have rented.
The only tv shows I watch on on a normal basis are: South Park, The Simpsons, and Drew Carey.

Was leaving easy for you?
by Preston ini was contemplating today on how easy it was for me to leave the congregation compared to what many people here had to deal with.
i mean, all the letters, judicial committees, family breakdowns were not really something i had to deal with.
the worst thing i had to deal with was when a couple of elders inquired if i ever "acted on" my being gay.

I can relate to these stories. The only difference is that I AM the one who is NEGATIVE. Sometimes I get mad for no reason, whether it be a key that doesn't open a door or being at a party and I don't feel that anyone is paying attention to me.
Recently, my roommate explained why sometimes I am difficult to be around. I am trying to be more positive, but it is hard for me. I basically have to recondition the way I think. However, I am trying to be more social and I hope that this can help me.
