I used to live near some Hutterite colonies. They had some fantastic bake sales. They weren't very good sales people. They would just smile slightly as they took your money, but the food was so good that it didn't really matter.

19Hutterites Shunned for education and high school sports
by puffthedragon ini have never heard of this group but i turned on the tv and right now (eastern time) there is a show on national geographic called american colony/hutterites and they are shunning members for allowing their children to have more education than they deem neccessary as well as playing school sports.
the group also appears to think they are the only ones going to heaven.. anyone know more about this or have experience with them?

That sounds likely. It would be interesting to find out if that happened in this case. I also found it interesting that the Governing Body was listed as a defendant. I wonder if they were also removed at some point.

Latest Watchtower lays into the United Nations like nothing ever happened...

If it's a real kingdom melody, we could just get the english version, rather than translating a translation (same thing with the scriptures). If someone here is familiar with the original language, it would make it easier to get a good translation that fits the original intent of the film.

Beware of Sparlock! Pay No Attention To The Pedophiles Behind The Curtain!
by DT inisn't it ironic that the governing body saw fit to produce a child's video warning about the dangers of plastic toys while trying to cover up the danger of sexual predators in their kingdom halls?.
even the theme to listen, obey and be blessed only reinforces the kind of culture that allows the abuse of children to go unnoticed for years.. the callous disregard for children is mind boggling.. i suspect that the governing body knew that there could be some expensive settlements coming up and rushed the production of the ill advised sparlock video to try to squeeze a few more donations out of the rank and file while they still have a chance.
they probably didn't take time to consider that it would only add to their troubles and expose their hypocrisy.. .
